Came here with my family to dine in for dinner. Before placing our order we asked if the $5 kids meal included the drink as outlined on the menu and were told yes. When the bill came we were charged separately for each kids drink. We asked for the menu to double check when the meal came and it does say that the drink is included. We brought this to the attention of our server and he cunsukted with Melvin whose name tag read Management team. Melvin came over and informed us that the drinks are separate. When we showed him there menu that was given to us he explained that they do not go by the menu prices and that he can only add what is in their system and they dont have a feature that would include the kids meal drink with the kids meal. After informing him that we asked about it before ordering he further stated that it was nothing he could due to correct this. We asked if he could take the drinks off all together since they technically should not have been an additional charge and was told that he could not. The best thing he could offer was 10% off which does not cover the full drink up charge. I informed Melvin that this is not good for business and that it is false advertisement. He brushed my statement off and said its nothing that he could do. As a patron I feel ripped off and although the waiter was nice the professionalism of the management sucks. Would jot recommend this place because of the up charges and terrible management.

This was one of the more bizarre good experience Ive had in my life. As I child we often went to Pizza Hut and enjoyed playing the Simpsons arcade game, drinking out of the classic red Coca Cola cups, and eating pizza with the family. This location feels like a hollowed out shell of its former glory. They have done their best to maintain it and make some updates but overall I left feeling a bit weird. First of all their soda machine was down and was actually being replaced as we ate so we had 20oz bottles. We seated ourselves and received menus from a girl that was sort of a waitress but was also working a counter. After a bit she came and took our order which was fine. I noticed in looking around that at some point the wall fixtures had all been taken down and replaced with poorly made pendant lights hanging over every table. The area in the middle of the restaurant where I assume there used to be their pizza/salad lunch buffet was just open with only the stained outline on the tile of where they once stood. The carpet was updated at some point so that wasnt quite the classic look either. The tables and chairs were all updated and felt out of place. Overall the staff was friendly the food was what you are used to if you every carry out or do delivery from a Pizza Hut but I might avoid a visit here to eat in if possible.

Honestly they dont even deserve one star if I could give none I would I waited a hour and fifteen minutes then I wasnt even mad about it I just wanted my food to be HOT!!! .... it was not the drizzle was everywhere my GF pizza was soggy and then I ordered a brownie with marshmallows but was given a chocolate cookie. I called 20 times to talk to someone and received no answer what so ever but they do not close until 12 A.m. I believe that it is just a bunch of college students just trying to get a check they do not care about how they present peoples food as well as the services. I will never order from this pizza hut again I repeat I would never do not attempt to order you will be disappointed. What we consume is what gives us energy you never know how bad the food can be to your body especially if it is not made with care at least.

My experience(s) has been quite similar to these poor patrons. I was immediately placed on hold after calling, the guy could barely speak nor understand English, and I had to wait between 4-5 hours before my order finally arrived (and yes, it did seem as though the driver had a nonchalant attitude about his tardiness), and when it did, the quality of it was unacceptable -Cold, stale, and horribly made. And this has happened on more than a few occasions. Im not trying to be offensive but, the customer service was never this horrible until the current team was hired. Either something should be done about this, or I will write a letter to management after contacting the Better Business Bureau. Simply Unexcusable...

The worst experience ever! My delivery came in late by an hour. I kept calling the shop and no one answered! After rejecting the order, I found out I still got charged for the pizza. I called the shop and the manager said, Im sorry but we dont give any refund! What?!! He told me I will give you a shop credit of $25 you could use it in your next order. I had to get my money back by order and when I ordered they gave me only $13 and the other manager refused to give me the rest! He said I dont know about it and thats what the othet manager gave you! Its the worst customer service Ive ever had in this country! They lost me forever... no more pizza hut forever!

Called in a large pizza for my family via pick up order. Realized I needed special requests. I called them up 5 times and no one hasnt picked up the phone. When the guy picked up he put me on hold 5 times and out of the 5 times, I had to hold for 15 minutes. Wasted my cell phone minutes and wasted time. I end up having to cancel the order and the guy seem very angry how I did it. Theyre loss. The guy called me back and said the order was ready and asked for my reason not to come. I told and explain how dissatisfied I was with the service. Attitude was horrible. I called corporate and complain about the service. Horrible experience.

I had a very basic order. Large pizza, chicken and spinach, sriracha drizzle. I go there to pick it up and the spinach and drizzle were missing. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. I tell them and they took it back and gave it back a minute later. Spinach was just thrown on with out any care, drizzle was still missing. Later I noticed the pizza wasnt even cut properly. The only positives I had from this experience was that the cashier was nice about it all, the food was ready for pickup on time, and it was only $9. Im not a picky person at all, but when you cant properly take care of even the most basic orders, theres a problem.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT. ITS BEEN 3 HOURS SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER FOR MY PIZZA ONLINE. I CALLED THE STORE 200 TIMES TO ASK WHERE THE HELL MY PIZZA IS AND THEY DID NOT ANSWER. WHEN THEY FINALLY ANSWERED, SHE TOLD ME TO HOLD AND THEN HUNG UP. I WANT A REFUND AND I WILL PRESS CHARGES. DAMN CON ARTISTS. ALL I WANTED WAS A F***KING PIZZA. I AM STILL TRYING TO CALL AND THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING!! I DONT EVEN WANT THE DAMN PIZZA ANYMORE. I WANT A REFUND, I WILL PRESS CHARGES, AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD THAT NO ONE ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN. SO PISSED.
