Second time ordering and im finally fed up and done because they cant get an order right to save their butts. They consistently mess orders up, they always half fill things to save products for later use when they are not supposed to do that because they just end up selling expired sauce / toppings or close to expired. They have a chart they are supposed to folow when adding toppings but they fail to follow the chart and dont do as they are supposed to do are told to do. My advice is make the little extra drive to get good quality food from another pizza hut like Bryans rd because their food is very good and is done as its supposed to be done plus their food is always cooked to what its supposed to be cooked to.

Ok, so I gave them 2 since I didnt want to be too mean. I am pretty ticked off though. I ordered online to pick up at 7:15pm. We schedule things for certain times because we have things to do right? I didnt leave out of there till 7:45! No one said, sorry for waiting 30minutes after your pick up time AT ALL! Then one guy looks like, drops my pizza! I knew it was mine, thats why I had to wait another damn 30minutes! We didnt get home till 815 when I could of been home at 730! Why, because apparently ordering online and scheduling a time for pick up doesnt freaking matter! (evil eyes) I should of just gone to pizza hotline !

Nothing specifically wrong with this location. Staff is nice and fast. But Pizza Huts pricing structure is clearly meant to be misleading. They nickel and dime like crazy. For example, 2 medium pizzas with unlimited toppings are for $6.99 each, except extra cheese is $2 extra per pizza. Or wings are 80 cents each on a huge banner, except it is only on Wednesday. And they conveniently block the tiny type that says the Wednesday part. You think youre ordering $20 worth of food until the total comes back around $30. So shady. Maddening too.

Very rarely does extra sauce get put on a pizza like i ask and is usually very under cooked. I will drive to another location much further away before going back there. Out of the past 5 times Ive ordered there I got one decent pizza. Staff is very friendly and glad to correct problems if I mention but what good is replacing a bad order with another bad order.

Got me so messed up lol. Their pizza is amazing but pick up for a large stuffed crust for $18?!?!?!?!? Oh naaaaaa! I better get a happy ending with that D:< i have a friend who works at another location and he gets me large stuffed crust for $12 that also includes bread sticks and cheese knots lol.

2 hour delivery time. Pizza was dry and cold. Dont order from here. It will be a waste of money. Ive heard others say the same thing about this location
