I have placed orders on phone with this pizza hut and in most cases when I go to pick up an order something is missing. At one time I ordered cheese sticks and when I went to pick them up, I reached home and they had not included the sauce. I was so disappointed because my son cannot eat the cheese sticks without sauce. When I called them to complain, they told me to go back and get the sauce. I told them I live very far and cannot go back. The sales associate asked me what I want her to do for me if I cannot go back. She was so rude and she told me she has other customers and needs to hang up the phone. Another time my I ordered for pizza, cheese sticks and 1 liter Pepsi. My hubby went to pick them up. When he reached home the pepsi was missing. When they gave him the paper bag he did not bother to check. He assumed everything was in. We again called them and they told us to go and pick it. We told them we shall pick it the next day. When I went to pick the next. The white girl who told me that she was the manager asked me why its always me who has things missing. She told me she does not even recall me ever calling there. She was trying to imply that I am always lying. I was so hurt by her rudeness and attitude. I am never going back to this pizza hut(near toys r us). Their customer service is zero. Its only their manager Daryl who really respects customer regardless of how they look like or their race.

I went here last fall, in 08. It was truly the worst dining experience of my life. The service was practically non-existent first of all. I had to engage the hostess myself, who was evidently too busy talking on her cellphone to care about my party. I shouldve left then, I shouldve left many times during the night, but I didnt. Every table had used plates and silverware. My party was seated at one of these, and the plates were removed, but the bits of spicule from whoever ate there last remained. We ordered and left as soon as we could. No tip was given obviously. DONT GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT!

I should have known better when I heard the girl answer the phone, her phone etiquette was horrible. When I came in to pickup my order the cashier asked if my pizza was ready some nasty looking girl/women just threw my pizza on the counter. After arriving home and tasting my pizza I was really disappointed. The tomato sauce tasted old and burned. I guess that I shouldve read the reviews first, Im never going back there.

I call in my order on my lunch break..... spoke wth Brian.... who I think took my order....... ask for the gentleman who took my money...Shawn.... You wasnt in was put on hold for 15mins no one returned to phone .... my order was WRONG!!!!!!!, Then Shawn gets on the phone and said well mail u out a coupon.... keep in mind im 10mins away and i and my company has order from them before thanks, but no thanks NEVER AGAIN......

Food is ok. Staff great but if they make a kistake dont expect the manager to believe the old saying about the customer being right. I was given a "specials" type menu and when I ordered off of it they cane back 4 minutes later to tell me the special price wasnt good that day...then why did you give me that special menu. Manager should have honored a $3 discount but didnt . I just thought they could do better.

Brandy... worst waitress ever. I was only in for a carry out, and she dropped my pizza, didnt notify the cooks, and just screamed and got frustrated. Then proceeded to walk out into the dining room and drop all of the dirty dishes on the floor. And i also happened to notice that her tables were never clean, and most still had dirty dishes...

Staff is not great, management is horrible. Food is okay at best. I had the General Manager refuse to refund my money after waiting over two hours for an order a few months back. I ended up going through Pizza Hut corporate and getting a refund because he still refused.

They NEVER deliver on the time that they say in the confirmation email. In fact, each time they are at least 20-30 minutes late. I live about 3 minutes from this store at Stevenson University. A bit unprofessional to be late each time and never say anything about it.

I placed my order at 5:40 I was told my food would be done at 7 I called at 7:35 and the driver never even called to tell me he was at my house. OVER AN HOUR LATE AND THEY DIDNT CALL. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE DONT ORDER FROM THEM

Dylan is the best server i have ever experienced. He is handsome and polite. If i could I would marry him, but sadly he is taken. The food was great and I gave him a $35 tip because of his generous spirit.
