So Im at Chick-Fil-a on a Friday around noon and theyre busy as to be expected. This particular store handles it with grace between the drive thru fellas walking with vehicles while taking orders to the cashiers smiling and thanking each customer. In all the hustle and bustle, Deb of Catering/Marketing as her name tag said stood out, she was all over the place helping where it was needed. Particularly I enjoyed the fact that there was a pregnant lady in front of me with a sandwich that she obviously received incorrectly in the drive thru. Deb ask her to come out of the line so she could help her right then instead of having her wait in the line to be helped. The customer received her sandwich long before she would have been helped and left with a smile, that kind of customer service is why Chick-Fil-A does so well and people like Deb that make it happen. Thank you Chick-Fil-A and Deb!

Chick-fil-A is A Cut Above it is my favorite place to dine out I have visited Chick-fil-A restaurants n probably a dozen States and the location on Mooretown Road is a cut above the rest their food and service and care for their customers is impeccable with people like John and Caitlin and it all starts with the owner operator Wrenn Holland who is one of the most caring and thoughtful people I have ever known he cares about his customers and put them first in all his business dealings he is a man of integrity and is a great example of how a business should be run

This was the third time we have visited this location this week. We are so not happy this is the only place I feel that didnt hit the mark. I understand things happen but three things in a week to me is a problem. No large cups ( sorry med cups will be what you get) sorry we are out of salt. The last one was sorry you will need to wait 45 min for your fries once they come off the truck the manager says with sorry. So I removed them off your order didnt think you wanted to wait. Here is your food. Wow no love here!!!!

Chick-fil-a is routinely a great restaurant, but this one has been terrible the three visits my family has made. The cashier was rude, the fries were burnt and the service was slow with other employees also being rude to other customers. The only consistently nice employee is the hostess, Candace, on each of our visits she was friendly and helpful. Where is the normal good service? It it a result of poor management?

This is absolutely the worst chick fil a I have ever been too. The staff was incredibly rude. I asked for a salad with no chicken... it had chicken... no one confirmed the order at any point... the fries were under cooked and unsalted. I had to ask for dressing after the rude girl at the window handed everything to me. I stopped here on my way home as I have a long commute and it was a huge waste of time and money.

I am frequent customer of this facility .My rating of 1 star is due to poor food quality I received on 3/23/2017 around 9:30 pm .The chicken sandwich was extremely dry ,very thin,and over cooked the waffle potatoes were also soggy .I hope this is not the trend for food quality at Chick-fil-A . I presume this experience is due to cutbacks in size and quality as prices rise just like all the other fast food chains.

I have been coming to this CFA for over 1 year. In that time I have had only 4 complaints (mostly minor- and 1 of which was regarding the app), all of which were handled professionally and promptly. When looking at the fast food restaurant industry this is a generally well run location and I think you would be pleased!

Delivery of food was fast almost instantaneous but there was seemingly a large line and the employee staff was able to flirt with customers and talk to other customers but there was only one register open theres plenty of Staff behind the counter but just only one of them was working on the register.

Worst chick fil a that Ive every been to..Went thru drive thru and was asked to pull around they would bring my shake out. Pulled around waited 5 minutes nobody came out. Went inside and was told they forgot. So drive thru became a go inside nd wait..horrible

We waited for 10 mins for our food. The 1st and worst Click file we ever been to. The chicken is so small and burnt french fries. We will not be going back. I hope headquarters see this I need my money back:(. I give them a Double 0

Excellent service and hot food. The folks that work here are top notch. We are always greeted with a smile, and the food is delicious. Other businesses could learn a thing or two about customer service from this place.

The service is MUCH better during the week, so plan accordingly. Food is generally good, but order accuracy suffers on the weekends as the staff tends toward inexperience and the customer service can be lacking.

The honey mustard is my life!!!! I could drink that stuff!!! I would look like Winnie the poh with my fingers all covered in honey mustard!! I wish they gave out spoons here so I could eat more honey mustard!

Food is great here. Im gonna dock them a star because I found a weird piece of green netting on a chicken sandwich once. They replaced it but it was weird that a random item ended up on my sandwich.

Rude employees, did not ask for sauces, did not read my order back to say she only gave me 8ct nuggets when I wanted a combo. Ive had multiple experiences at this Chickfila, all were terrible.

The people are very nice, and the quality of the food is good. But if you get a salad, watch out. Sometimes they only give you a fraction of a salad, and at 8 dollars, that is not acceptable.

This is the first chic fila I have been to where the size of the chicken is so small you almost have half of your bun left and no chicken. Very disappointed because I love this place!!!

Yeah I was just there I asked for the grilled chicken I got the fried chicken nuggets theres no ice in my tea and you forgot to give me a straw you need to slow down
