To the owner, thank you for contacting me on here and my email! I appreciate it. Revised Review: Im technically a "New" customer, about 3 months now I think, and I will continue on to be a long-term customer without a doubt. Your Large, New York Style Cheese Pizza.........that was my moment of silence for it....omg its that good!!! And I also LOVE their TOXIC wings!! Recently was forced to eat a "Mild" wing from someone who couldnt eat spicyness....and wow! I was caught by surprise at how yummy their mild sauce was!!! I also want to note that I can not appreciate it ENOUGH that they keep their wings and sauce seperated when delivering!! Wings stay nice and crispy!! Thanks yall!! Great customer service skills, awesome delivery drivers, and now I see how great the owner is as well. I recommend Pizza Express to everyone I know who eats pizza. People on the fence....Grab a pizza and some wings! You can not go wrong there!! :)

I cannot believe that CJ, the manager, is so desperate for a good review that he has to write a review himself. For the record, Ive ordered several of the subs (including that meatball sub, CJ) and appetizers for my family and they are NOT good, even when you get them fresh. Oh, and they consistently mess up your order. Maybe if they hired some cooks that actually spoke English and lived in the country LEGALLY they wouldnt keep having these problems. The few times Ive gotten delivery the food came way past the time they told me it would probably arrive and it was cold. They must be paying people to write good reviews because I cannot believe these positive reviews are about the same place I got my food from. These yelp reviews on here screwed me out of a lot of money for crappy food. I was stupid enough to give them multiple chances. Dont make the same mistake.

My mom went to pick up the pizza and found the order (particularly toppings) to be wrong. The girl who took the order over the phone entered it in the system wrong. So instead of remaking the pizza, they grilled more toppings and put them on a cold pizza. During the time mom was waiting, she heard some things the work staff should not say in front of customers and was served up some attitude by the girl who took the order. Mom came home with the cold pizza with grilled toppings and told my husband and I that they took off $5 off the order. I called the place and they re-made the pizza (correctly), no additional charge, and delivered it to my house. Good recovery Pizza Express! Its important to me to support local businesses and I would have been BUMMED if this problem would not have been rectified like it was. Why? This place has the best pie in town.

Ive ordered from these guys a dozen times just to ensure i wasnt given a bad day of service. The only decent thing they served were the hot subs and a pizza i had once. The Fries, Burgers, Wraps, Shrimp all turned out to be big disappointments...the bread and all just seemed off, i actually vomited when i ate the burger and another time when i had the wraps. Ive eaten all over the states and i know i can take quite a punch , but for some odd reason i couldnt take these guys. The shrimp wasnt like i thought, cheap popcorn shrimp you could find out of a freezer. I am the most forgiving positive person ever... i really tried to like these guys. If theres any consolation, the cheesecake and Tiramisu were great. (Only delivery service in my area,excluding the chains) Thanks

Since there is nowhere else to leave a message, I will do it here. Today is Labor Day, I placed an ordered thru the app like I always do and after waiting almost an hour I called. I got a recording that said we are closed for 4th of July we will reopen wednesday..... One its labor day 2 I placed an order got an email confirmation 3 I am about to check my card and if i was charged this will NOT be the last you hear from me. 4 we order from yall at least 2 times a week if not more this is not ok. ** I changed my review to 5 stars and appreciate your response. My fiance and I order from yall at least twice a week and for the most part do not have issues. Thja k you for reaching out crediting our card and the coupon. An apologie goes a long way.

VERY POOR service Waited in the store for 40 minutes after paying for my online order that should have been ready before I got there acording to there online time schedule got there and watched customers order multiplpizzas and leave before my cheese pizzas were ready Then when confronted about it they had no offer of discount or any appologetic tone The really sad part is its not the first time During my 45 minute stay in there lobby I watched the cooks touch the food with there bare hands multiple times then to touch unprepared food back and for time and time again

This place has good food, though it seems like its been better in the past. Whats killed it for me is the errors in our orders. Caesar salads with no dressing, missing toppings, etc. The nail in the coffin is the panini I ordered and asked for well done bread. It actually showed up barely done. Either way, Im done. EDIT: My wife continues to order from Pizza Express, generally due to lack of choices for good salads via delivery. The last several orders have been correct and on time. I have updated my review and rating to reflect such.

I have danced at Dance Xplosion for 8 years now and I have so many wonderful memories there. I would be a liar if I said that those memories didnt often include the food from Pizza Express right next door. Their unique environment has always been a place for dancers and dance moms alike to relax in between practices, and the service is speedy and friendly which makes grabbing a quick bite to eat easy. I highly recommend Pizza Express for anyone living in Chester.

I always get their mannicotti. The service is good, the delivery times are very quick even in peak times. (friday/saturday nights.). Ive never actually been to the resteraunt before. Ive had their cheese fries, pizza, subs,and mannicotti. I am overly pleased with the service that I recieve @ Pizza Express. They put a lot of effort and care into their business and even did a full remodel! And must I say that they have the BEST burgers in the world! Im also not a pizza person, but I would definitley order their pizza again & again. Robert was my delievery driver this last and he is a very handsome man, got my food to me quickly, and Robert if youre reading this, youre one sexy mofo.

When pizza express came about, my family and I ordered more often then we do now. They do have delicious food, sometimes it does depend on the cook that night though. Our complaint as a family is the prices. The prices keep going up and up and up. My mother and I recently ordered two large salads and picked it up. Almost $18.00 for lettuce? It is getting to the point were will not order any longer. It is becoming unaffordable.
