Visited Pancheros tonight, after a long time. Was not impressed, the help was friendly, but didnt listen to my order, I basically got what they decided to give me, no extras or anything, though I got 2 servings of steak for the price of one lol. I wanted the hot tomitillio sauce, didnt get it, smittering of beans and rice. There was around 8 people there, so it wasnt to busy... Not planing on returning at this point, $8.95, was cold by the time I drove the 2 miles home

After a lengthy structural analysis of the burritos outer shell, it seems as though the inner heterogeneous mixture carries too much mass within. This large inner mass creates tearing along the outer shell, at first with micro fractures, then larger and more pertinent macro fractures. The burrito engineers at Pancheros must take another look at the structural stability of the outer shell for future endeavors.

The food here is amazing. Customer service here is extremely lacking. They dont listen to your order half the time, and the person set the register handles your food without gloves, and doesnt even say thank you after youve paid. They usually just stand there staring until you walk away. The newest manager seems to be improving things in terms of customer service and hygiene though.

My boyfriend and I frequent Pancheros ever since I informed him about it. He loves that he can pack a burrito full of all the beans and salsas that their fresh pressed tortillas can stand. The only thing that tops this place (he says) is our home town authentic Mexican restaurant. I also agree that the food is descent for the prices. The staff are generally very friendly as well.

Pancheros is delicious. But they are the best when made by the hispanic employees. Not to be racist, but the white guys just dont know what theyre doing. My burrito always tastes 10x better when one of the hispanic employees makes them. I guess that is pretty racist, but it has been true time and time again. Upvote this if you agree.

Terrible service. Woman making our burritos kept touching her face and phone with her gloves on and continuing to use them. All of the line employees were complaining about wanting to go home. This place used to be great, seems they got a bad hiring manager, all of the employees are awful. Will go to chipotle to avoid this.

This places claim to fame is simply that they mix up all the burrito ingredients with a big plastic spatula before the final wrap and serve. Big deal. The staff is anemic and unfriendly. The ingredients are pale and sad. The serving area is a mess. The meat (chicken, at least) is dry. Avoid it.

Always love the burritos. You can never go wrong with Pancheros. Made even better by the fact that they mix everything up so you have even bites of what you got inside. The tortillas are pressed right there when you order. The staff is always nice, and the place inside is great.

Their burritos are great! They make their own tortillas fresh as you order so they are nice and warm. They have queso unlike some other places....it costs extra but is worth it. They also mix your burrito ingredients up before they wrap it, that way every bite tastes the same.

Worst pancheros I have ever been to. Used to frequent the one in CF biweekly. Have evolved into more of a Chipotle guy...way fresher ingredients and friendlier staff. Queso is way over-rated and not worth pancheros price (esp for only a very quick 1/2 scoop)

Compared to my home Chipotle which has way more traffic than this Pancheros, visiting this place sucked. They take forever to complete your order, with lines often stretching 20+ people back. Its like Im visiting the post office.
