Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and ordered several times from here. I wish I wouldve looked at the reviews first and saved my money. First of all, the food is always late. One time, I called and asked where my order was and they told me that it was busy for them due to Monday Night Football. I could buy that except, it was a Tuesday. Second, the food tastes horrible. How can you mess up Pizza Hut pizza? I thought everything was pre-made. Finally, the customer service is hands down the worst. I have no idea how corporate has not shut this place down because its bringing their brand way down.

So I saw the rating from this location and I almost did not order but I was way too lazy to go out and pick up something! So I decided to just go for it and order. To my surprise... The food tasted and the people acted like any other Pizza Hut location I have ordered from. They were friendly, order was delivered on time, everything I ordered came, it was hot, and everything tasted great. I ordered the pizza, wings, and the mini apple pies during Monday night Football. I have no complaints and based on this experience I would recommend this location to any Pizza Hut lovers.

Havent had a Pizza Hut pizza in a while and probably wont again.... The thin crust large - pep,onion & peppers was the worst pizza I have had from pizza hut - ever. The pizzas used to be great, and now just terrible!!! Had cheese sticks also and they were half cooked. Totally disappointed with everything - food, store itself and the employees. Sorry but thats how I see it. Dominos here I come. Mike V

Called to ask a simple question tonight about delivery range. Was avoided by being put on hold for 11 min. by a woman. Called back to ask again the same question and was told shed need to ask a driver... Then said nothing else as if asking was beyond her. Lady who worked the phone at 8pm 10/6/16... Youre a customer service disaster. No wonder youre working fast food.

Personally requested for the cheese bread sticks I ordered to be cut. Specifically because I ordered cheese bread sticks and not a cheesy loaf of bread. Bread sticks were not cut so I sent them back but still gave the delivery man a tip for his trouble wasting his time coming all the way out for delivery. Id give zero stars but that isnt an option. 010

Orders on line at 5:26PM approximate pick up time was 5:46pm. Got here and Waited until 6:15pm for my order. It was sitting in the bin since I arrived. This is my 2nd time here and my last. Spare yourself the wait time choose another location.

This is the Pizza Hut that delivers to my home frequently. While they do normally get things correct there are occasions about 1 in 5 times that they screw something up. Not too bad and definitely better than the other one in town.

Dont even bother, they are hustlers. I ordered a pie, they said 20, after an hour and no pie, I called back. They and bad address and phone. They still trying to charge me though
