My husband took me here for our 10 th wedding anniversary and I was highly disappointed and so was my husband. First off, the service was horrible. The waitress didnt care about us. Second, the " live music " was some old guy that couldnt sing for crap. We were getting tired of hearing him and wanted out of there. The food .... my husband had fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and he didnt like that they came with the tail and part shell . My crab cake was under cooked and felt like I was eating baby food ! I asked for some tarter sauce and they brought me a little packet like some places do for butter and jelly .. I was not happy. I even brought home the crab cake , tried to cook it more with no luck. It had way to much filling to do anything and the flavor wasnt there. This place is like a combination of sports bar , club and high price food. Horrible. I will not go back.

We held a surprise birthday & retirement party for my mom here a couple weeks ago and I just had to comment on how helpful, friendly and accommodating all of the staff were, AND how delicious the food was (four different entrees of lasagna, chicken scampi, chicken stir fry and roast beef!). We had a party of about 35 people, and so many of our guests commented on how great the food tasted, especially being a buffet. Not only that but the host and wait staff were all incredibly helpful getting this to all go off without any problems - they answered all my questions, let us come in early the day of to decorate, and they even played along with the surprise to tell my mom our reservation had been "moved downstairs" where the banquet room is. The staff went above and beyond in every respect and I am so glad we held the party here!

Went in with evening reservations on a Friday. We had a party of 10. the resturaunt was filled to capacity. Service was visibly stressed and obviously not supported by managemrnt. food was ok but seriously delayed making its way to the table. The two stars are for our server who was trying. The floor manager was brought to the table and told us that things were busy and backed up because that were new. At that moment I realized they were in the business of selling and not customer service. The reason for the servers stress comes from the management and not from being busy. A good server can work through a busy night with stress. We will not visit again. You can repackage a building any way you want to however there was no phoenix rising from the ashes tonight.

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at 510 Johnnys during the Maryland basketball game (March Madness). Overcrowding aside, there were many issues. The deck door was opened and closed continually as smokers went out and let in cold air and smoke. The bar was overstressed and draft beers took way too long to arrive. The baked potato was lukewarm and the butter partially frozen. Meat was undercooked. The house salad we ordered with Ranch dressing on the side came with Greek style dressing already on top. When sent back, we got a small plate of old lettuce with one cherry tomato. Maybe the fare and service are better when March Madness is not in swing. Ill never know as Id sooner eat at Burger King than return.

Its a typical case of good service but, not so good food. While driving back from Florida, I stopped on the road for a break and some good Maryland food. Sadly this restaurant has great service and a good setting but when ordered the Penne Vodka with chicken, it was disappointed to receive a plate with boiled chicken mixed with a super heady cream paste and covered it with parmesan cheese on top... When I changed the plate for steak tacos, I received a super salty meat paste taco that I assume Taco Bell could have done 10 times better. Price for meat paste taco? $16.00! I was told to come back next time for better food. Truly a sad case.

Our first meal at 510 Johnnys was not nearly worth the price. Fried pickles were mediocre. The cream of crab soup was too salty and pasty with a few lumps of crab. My cob salad included wilted, old ice berg lettuce, and the blackened chicken that covered the salad was way too spicy hot and dry. The entire salad was inedible and came without the dressing the server suggested. My daughter ordered Tilapia that arrived without taste or seasoning. My husbands crab cake was mostly filler and his steak was tough. Sorry, 510 Johnnys, we wont be back. Please listen to your customers here. Our server did a good job though.

This was our second time at 510 Johnnys. Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed. We sat at the bar and our service was ok, but there were many tables around us that needed to be cleared with many servers sitting around on their phones doing nothing else. The food was mediocre. We had stuffed jalapeño poppers that we didnt finish due to soggy and almost inedible breading. The nachos were ok, but not worth going back for. We really want to like that place due to the live music, convenience, and being open late, but we were really disappointed for a second time. We will be back for drinks, but probably not for food.

went there for lunch. Worst fish tacos ever. Take a breaded fish stick, CHOP IT UP, add OLD OLD already turned white cabbage in a cold tortilla and throw it away.. I sent it back.. They "had never seen it come out like that before".. Really !! Shrimp Poboy: shrimp were over breaded, over herbed, over cooked and COLD.. I couldnt get the taste out of my mouth for hours.. Cream of crab soup was flour paste with a healthy dose of Old Bay on the top.. to cover the terrible taste. Worst meal in a very long time.. Fries were decent. also having read the other reviews.. glad I paid by cash.

NEVER GO HERE, they are crooks! I ate dinner here two weeks ago, and noticed that on my credit card account the server had added extra to the tip line. I called (twice) and spoke with a manger named Nicholas. Even though he was rude and tried to make me feel like it was my fault, he finally confirmed the error and took my credit card number promising to refund the amount that was overcharged. It has been exactly 1 week and no refunds have shown up on my account. I had to go to my bank to dispute the charge. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND SUGGEST YOU DONT EITHER!

The place is nice, food was very good, however the service was non-existent. We had a table of 8 in the bar area to watch the 90s band as if. Our server said he was leaving to go to a party. We asked for another server to come over he said no problem. Never showed. Kept asking other servers that were all on there phones and they were all "too busy." Finally got a manager to get us a server but then she left after thirty minutes. We left. bartenders seemed to be more about conversations then making drinks.
