The food is always good, but, mine felt like it was kept under the warmer for 5-10 mins until everyones food was done. Some was hot and others were hardly warm. The floor through out the whole place was very slippery, like they mopped it with grease. I had to be careful not to fall walking to the bathroom and while I was in it. The ceiling was leaking, and theybhad one sign up and a bucket to catch the water. Our waitress forgot our drinks multiple times, and my gf had to wait almost 15 mins because she ordered a leinenkugel which turns out, there was something wrong with their lines for the draft. Ive been to Green turtle in Newark, DE and that place is the complete opposite of this place. Spent a total of 6 hours there since we met family we have not seen in years. After the waitress got our money, she never came back and never seen her again. I am going to try and avoid this green turtle and go to their other locations.

I have been frequenting the GT for their awesome fish tacos for several months now, however after last night’s experience that all may change. The waitress we had was great, however the fish tacos were a disappointment. They used to serve them with 3 nice size slices of avocado on each taco topped with an entire Tilapia fillet, but the last few times I have ordered them they barely had any avocado and they were topped with half a fillet of fish. It actually looked like someone broke a piece off of each fillet just so they would fit on the taco. I understand that the cost of food has increased, which would certainly justify the price increase of this menu item from 9.99 to 11.99, but don’t cut back on my menu item when you have already increased the menu price. Maybe its time to frequent another location.

They seemed to be short-staffed. Large tables were full of debris from previous customers and the mens bathroom was in desperate need of attention. My food was good, I really enjoyed my hamburger and having a TV in the wall of our booth was an interesting idea however I was unable to hear it at all over the loud music playing and the only channels available were sports-related. The music being a bit quieter would have helped me enjoy the conversation of the person I was with. There was an outdoor area which was nice and relatively quiet, however there seemed to be no staff attending to it.

Absolutely the slowest and non attentive bar staff I have ever been around. 40 minutes for soft pretzels than they come out and say the chef burnt them... with barely anyone in the whole restaurant. Took 10mins for someone to even apprach us with 2 bartneders and a manager behind the bar talking to everyone and not acknowledging us .... completely disappointed and I have been to 6 different Green Turtles and never ever had this type of service. Embarrassing for your restaurant group.

First experience was on a slow Wednesday in the late fall with only a few other patrons in the place. The restaurant temp was barely above the temp outside. Staff had a poor attitude, and didnt even take our drunk order for 15 minutes. Food took way to long to come out, and when it did, it was cold. it tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp for hours, soggy and greasy. Second experience was during the day, not any better. I tell everyone to stay away, well never go back.

Very large party. Reservation was made weeks in advance. To be fair, the food was good. The service was absolutely horrible! No blame here but the management. The staff was absolutely overwhelmed and no where near the manpower that was required for the enormous amount of people in the establishment. Their employees were simply set up for failure. When the manager refuses to come out when their employees need them? Time for new management!

Ate here in between games at a youth baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience. Good selection of food and was able to get seated fairly quickly. Good choice of food and drinks. We had a couple of appetizers (fried pickles were spot on). Our party was mixed in age and there were ample choices for all. The food was tasty and served in a reasonable amount of time. We werent rushed even though it was near prime lunch time.

Positives: PB&J Burger. Efficient staff. Fries were good. Not so Positive: the worst coffee I have ever tasted. Its like the left the coffee in the pot over night and tried to serve it the next day. Ill drink just about any kind of coffee (addict) but this stuff hurt. Next time I need some battery acid I know where to go. Summary: Food was good, service was good. Coffee was a crime against mankind. Consider yourself warned.

These guys offered a discount price on all domestic tap beer at happy hour. My friends and I ordered Blue Moons (from Colorado, USA). This establishment refused to recognize Blue Moon as a domestic beer and wouldnt give us the discount. We asked to speak to the manager. He said that "domestic" means any beer that they put on a list which is conveniently not provided to the customer.... Food wasnt that great either.

Ive been a couple of times and have not been impressed. This is the only Green Turtle Ive ever been to, so Im not sure if this is just the way all of them are or just this location. The food is barely above acceptable and the staff has never been very friendly. I would not recommend it unless you have no other option for a very casual dining experience.

Poor service. The hostess in ocmd and waitresses were miserable. Food is overpriced. All I wanted was to sit and have a beer and use wifi for business and got rude expressions from the hostess when we needed to move so the wifi would work to get a better signal. Dont expect a friendly atmosphere here.

The hostesses were confused. I dont know why or about what. I think there were 3 of them. The service was slow. Very slow. We needed to call her to our table to get any service and we were a group of 12 that was prepared to tip well. If you have other options I recommend using them. This place is ok.

Aberdeen, MD I presented a coupon prior to ordering. Server told me to hold it until later after she read it. Later I presented coupon and she told me they could not accept. I refused to tip. Later I learned she charged my card a $15 tip. Spoke to manager and they not even apologize.

Great food, decent price. Can get really busy and long waits on the weekend nights. Sit outside on a Saturday night around 930, when the Ironbirds are home, youll get a free firework show from across 95. Sitting inside on band nights can get really loud. But great food overall

Been there twice and the food was GREAT. Wings that put new meaning to "Flavor Savor". Asked for a burger "Medium Rare"; got it cooked PUUURFECT. The service was above GREAT because the staff is always around when needed. if they arent then another will assist you.

I went here 3 different times and had 3 different servers and they messed up my order all 3 times! The servers dont come by and check up to make sure your food is right, and they ignore you when you try to get their attention. I will never go back here!
