This restaurant is totally worth recommending to freinds, and family sight unseen ! FOOD WAS EXCELLENT !!! ,plates start at about 11$-17$ I ordered the wake up beer (Guinness &2x shots of espresso 7$ *see pic* & my daughter ordered a nutella hot chocolate * see pic* the menu features SO MANY VEGETARIAN OPTIONS she, couldnt decide what to order ,our daughter ordered a waffle *see pic* I chose a southern breakfast plate (buisquets sausage gravy egg bacon hash browns and a bowl of SMOKED GUDA GRITS OMG THEY ARE RIGHTOUS! etc.,and the wife got a tofu scramble with avocado and hash browns . portions were large and our server was extremely proficient and friendly ! three people cost 61$ and we left a 10$ tip was a bit on the expensive side for breakfast but all the food was prepared with the utmost care and I suspect the people in the kitchen absolutely care about the quality and take pride in their craft and use love and kindness as ingredients (no angry people preparing food here and it shows!)inside the restaurant was a relaxing and laid back environment coloring sheets and crayons were provided to me upon request (I am an adult so I had to ask) patio dining is available for al fresco dining and features a giant chess set *see pic * a oversized game of chess with my daughter was a great way to let my food settle before departing with my family back to our current extended stay lodging accommodations! five stars and six thumbs up (three peoples thumbs

Pretty good breakfast experience, until the pitcher of water was dumped on my lap. We were sitting at the bar, which also doubled as the storage for the pitchers, and a server bumped one, and down it went. No big deal, and did not affect my rating. Firstly, pretty good coffee. Brewed on the bolder side, which is how we like it. I had the Huevos Ranchero, "Crispy corn tortilla topped with black beans, pulled pork, ranchero sauce, cheese and 2 over easy egg." The pulled pork was interesting, but tasty. Thuy, had The Original Benny, "Canadian bacon and two poached eggs over a toasted english muffin served with hollandaise sauce." To her delight the eggs were properly poached, and the Benedict was quite good. As we finished paying and were ready to leave, we were asked if we wanted a coffee to go. This was a super nice touch and greatly appreciated. Thank you. This will likely become our "go to" breakfast spot, especially when the weather is nice, as there is a cozy seating area outside (on the back, which is really the front). Theres lots more on the menu we want to try too. Parking is a bit of a problem at the moment, as a major project is going on (mostly on Lamar St., which will bring a lot of parking when finished). Also several streets are closed, adding to the confusion. See my parking map picture. Great new addition to the Keller breakfast, and lunch, scene.

If you are looking for a family friendly place, this is not your place. I heard the food was great here, but I will never know. When we arrived at the restaurant my husband put us in line and explained that we have a newborn and will need room for a stroller. He also said we had 3 people in our party, but the girls up front, who seemed absolutely clueless, put us down for 4 people. We assumed they put 4 people due to the stroller space needed. We waited for 30 minutes with our two year old and newborn. Keep in mind this is our first nice breakfast out as a family since the baby was born and I dont need to explain to any breastfeeding moms how much planning goes in to an outing like this. When we were called up we were told we would have to leave our stroller up front and could not have it at our table. Normally that wouldnt be a problem, but with our newborn we needed the stroller and the diaper bag with all our supplies in it, which is why we checked to make sure we could bring out stroller with us before waiting 30 minutes. When I told the girl this was not possible, she basically shrugged her shoulders and did not offer any help. We said we would need to eat somewhere else, which she seemed perfectly fine with. We wont ever return and I am posting this to warn any other parents that may need their stroller that this place is not the place for families like us.

Tried this location because its near home & I love the one in Denton. Taste of food just wasnt the same. I paid extra for gouda grits & they were very dry & tasted scorched like they stuck to the pot & were scraped up & served anyway. My scramble seemed watery & had no seasoning or flavor. I added so much salt, pepper & hot sauce but it still didnt make the watery eggs taste better. The only thing edible was the pancake which was just as good as the Denton location. So I ate the pancake & left everything else on my plate. I tipped my server well because he was great. I talked to a manager on my way out about the food not living up to expectations & they said they would talk with the kitchen. Fast forward, I wanted pancakes today & decided to give Keller another try. Someone answered & placed me on hold for 11+ minutes then the call disconnected from their end. I called back, someone answered & immediately asked if I would hold. I started explaining how Id been disconnected & simply wanted to order pancakes. The call "disconnected" again. Hmm. My husband said he will drive the extra distance to Denton where they cook everything well & have excellent service.

I rarely take the time to post reviews on Google. Just not that guy. Not someone who posts 5 stars to just to kiss ass or a miserable a-hole who only drops undeserved, disproportionately low, 1-Star bombs to propitiate the notion that my opinion actually matters. To anyone. At all. Ever. Anyway.. So.. This place.. Something about it.. Its not the food, which has always been delicious, even the gluten-free offerings.. Its not the staff, although I can not recall the last time I was in a restaurant where every single employee seemed genuinely happy, almost excited, to be working there and were attentive and eager to please. Weird, I know.. Decor, clean, trendy, accommodating. Thats not it. There is just an energy, a vibe, a high resonating frequency, every time I come in and sit down. By the time I leave, Im in a peak state. Its kind of addictive. I dunno.. Maybe its just me. Check it out for yourself. Oh, their coffee is complete s*** though. Kidding.. Im on my 4th cup..

Food was very good. It had a trendy feel to it, but was definitely fresh ingredients. We tried the pancake sampler, but it was a bit sweet for our taste, thats not necessarily a bad things. They were not as fluffy as I hoped, but bigger than your face! Eggs over medium cooked beautifully. Biscuits and gravy are a must try. The coffee was different. A mix of bitter and sweet, that left me intrigued. It was definitely good, just nothing like I have had before The inside is a nice mix of old city hall with the brick and hardwoods, and new with the coffee bar and decor. Its definitely a must try if you are looking for something different. It would be a great place for a group of friends or just one on one.
