We visited while on vacation. We arrived for lunch. There were several tables filled on the patio, so we took that as a good sign. We ordered an appetizer of Nachos. What we got was a mountain of chips glued together with fake, liquid cheese. The portion was generous, but it was topped with hunks (1/2" and more) of onion. On the side was a small cup of roughly chopped tomatoes, onions and jalapenos. We assume this was the "salsa". It was, at best, large-chopped pico de gallo. There was no "sauce" about it. My husband ordered a brisket sandwich. It contained no brisket. It was a few slices of dry roast on a room-temperature bun with a teaspoon of sauce spread across the meat. The cheese was barely melted, and had congealed while waiting to be served. I ordered a hamburger, which was o.k., not great. It was a third the size of the bun. The waitress was personable, and the food is certainly not her fault. Wouldnt do it again.

I was excited to try this place since it was on the water and has a beautiful outdoor patio. It took probably 10 minutes of standing for us to be seated (plenty of open tables), another 20 for a waiter or anyone to come check on us, and another 40 minutes before any food touched our table. I seriously cant remember the last time I waited a solid hour to eat a sandwich. Also, we ordered an appetizer that just never showed up. I dont know where the communication break down is at this place, but its being managed horribly. Wont be back, even though the food was decent.

I have eaten here several times and been pleased each time,whether it was dinner for two or ten. It has good atmosphere in a historical setting and the outdoor deck, overlooking the Conestoga river, is one of the best in the country. The food was good quality and well prepared. The menu offers a good enough selection to satisfy most any taste. The service was friendly and professional. Each visit, I have found the dining area and bathroom to be clean.

I love this place, its so close to my house. I LOVE the food. I also love the fact they smoke their meats/wings. YUM!! My hubby and I are going tonight, cant wait :D The wait/bartending staff is always so attentative and polite. I have never had a bad experience there! Have you guys ever thought of getting a pool table? I used to live near a little dive bar within walking distance - I miss it.

Friendly staff. Daughter order a cheeseburger with chips and the chips were freshly made and tasty. Husband agreed that his burger and fries were delicious and suggested we come back more often. I ordered a gyro which was messy and yummy! The Greek salad had too much "fancy" greens for my taste but the rest of the experience overrode that. Enjoyed a beautiful evening on the desk by tiki light.

I used to love this place but yesterday i went there for dinner and that was really bad services . I got the table but after 20 min waiting nobody came ove to my table to get my order or offer me drinks. I saw others customers be taking care so quick and i was still waiting so I left the place . I complaint on the front desk but still left the restaurant so upset.

I ordered a bacon cheese burger for take out. Thats the bacon I received. I called in and the manager told the server that answered the phone "Its very expensive, and thats how its supposed to be prepared." Absolutely foul place DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!

The food was not to my taste and it was over priced. The service was slow even though they were not very full.. I found that the house wine was not drinkable. Dont waste your time and money here with so many fine eating establishment in this town.

Terrible food and disgraceful srevice. I sent my food back twice, the waitress and manager were argumentative and not at all accommodating. Definitely my last visit. Much better service and food at Brasserie down the street.
