I went to this location to place a to go order at the bar. After waiting more than 30 minutes for my hamburger. I received my order and then as I was getting in my car I opened the bag which was tied tightly. I couldnt believe that the burger was overcooked dry as a bone and cold like it had been sitting in the back for forever. The side of fries was nothing. Like 5 fries and cold. Why the heck did I wait 30 minutes for leftover food? On top of that, the bar was dirty and the restaraunt smelled. Also, the bathroom did not have a lock on the door. Obviously, this restaraunt does not care. I would have went back and complained to remake it if I was not concerned that they might tamper with my food like spitting on it. I had a real sketchy vipe so I am going to try to get a hold of corporate. Avoid this place.

Ive been to this particular Ruby Tuesday 3 times, and each time I was disappointed. The food is so-so - typical American food. But the service stinks. The first time, we waited for a good 30 mins for our food, but this wasnt during a dinner rush. It was at lunch time on a Sunday and the place was DEAD. The second time, the server seemed as if she could care less if we were there or not. We only saw her 3 times - briefly when she took our order, then when she practically threw our plates on the table, and finally to drop off the check. Never got a drink refill, she never came to ask if the food was ok or anything. The 3rd time I went, we got overcharged. So 3 strikes and theyre out. It takes alot for me to write a restaurant off entirely, but theyve convinced me to NEVER go back.

The one near our home closed its doors so since out this way we decided to try this one. The menu has changed a bit from what we remembered and although the service and food were good, the portions were a bit small for the menu price. It will cost you almost $4 for a non-alcohol flavored tea. If you order a dinner entree, you are paying almost $15 and you have a really limited choice of sides, with the salad bar and seasonal sides each having almost a $2 up-charge. If not careful youll drop $50 on dinner for just two people not including desert. My rating is basically for the price and not the food.

Do not visit this place service is horrible wasnt even crowded and had to wait 10 minutes that shouldve been my warning sign was seated and had to wait another 8 to 10 minutes for drinks and Another 10 minutes to 15 minutes for appetizers which another waiter had to bring it out finally saw my waiter l asked him for appetizer plates and he said they did not have any clean he told us that he will not eat here because the food would take a long time to come out I was done got up in left

I really want to love this place! The menu options are good quality and are seasonally updated. But 4 out of 5 times, the execution is so horrible in the kitchen, we just cant go anymore. Long waits for food, often overcooked, told something is "Out" but not until all other food has been brought to the table. Each time the excuse is that the kitchen is shorthanded, or the regular cook is not there. Sorry Rubys...we really tried!

My bartender was friendly. However she was more interested in grabbing with her friend. I had to get up and go take salt and pepper off of a near by table. I think She was on last time I came to the restaurant. The food is what you expect at Ruby Tuesdays ,nothing spectacular. Its time to tip she will get over 20 percent . I just cant be cheap but she is not deserving of it. Hopefully someone will talk with her.

The food was okay. The flavors were decent enough but nothing special. The biggest problem was the service was dead slow. I went with a friend a bit after 7pm. There was not a lot of customers there, but it still took forever to get food. The dry rub ribs were okay. The Thai-phoon shrimp were a bit too cheesy but otherwise okay. Overall, there are better places in the area.

Waiter and host were excellent. Management is were this place fails. You can tell they dont care or have no standards. Salad bar was sloppy, missing items, and what was there was stale. All the plates had some kind of debris on them. Microwave food would have been better than what came out of the kitchen. Go somewhere else if youre on the fence.

Sat at the bar to watch the games. There were three customers sitting at the bar and it took 5 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge me. Then after setting down the menu it took 15 minutes to take my order. When I finally got my bacon cheeseburger with fries the fries were old. Will not be back to this establishment.

Value for what you get is a bit disappointing. The rice was dry and very chintzy amount as it was spread out over the plate to give appearance of good size portion. Salmon was okay, but I didnt expect much from a restaurant that offers so many options. They should trim the menu and focus efforts on a few items.

This is one of the last of its kind around in the food chain. They have a great salad bar option full of fresh and signature items. There are always tasty bar specials and game day incentives. The menu changes seasonally with specials but staples remain the same and consistently good.

service was great , just driving through to Texas and stop to eat . food was great and Kelli B. was a great service and always had a smile and very help with the menu and was taking care of four Table but was always around to make sure we where taking care of. She very gorgeous too

I would love to be able to fairly rate this place. Everytime I go to order "Ruby Tue Go" Im put on hold for what feels like eternity and then I end up hanging up and ordering from another place. Its really frustrating and I dont think I will try anymore.

Stop in for lunch on way back to NC Josh was our server. 5 stars service! Wife and I had salad bar. 5 stars. Wife had salmon and I had fried shrimp. 5 stars! Service and food fast. Very clean! 5 Stars!! Mac & Kimberlee

We eat here quite a bit, but they were having an off night tonight. Fish was raw and the steak was ordered medium well and came out as bloody as can be. Not like them. We took the complimentary desert to make up for it.

No Silverware on the table Sneeze guard on the salad bar was dirty and missing a section When told about the sneeze guard the hostess went back to her cell phone The waitress was nice and did her best in a bad situation

Its just like every other Ruby Tuesday. Some of the food is good, some is microwaved. The salad bar is typically ok, but a few plates are always not quite clean. Some waiters are nice, some cant get it done.
