My family visited the Riverside Pub and Grille tonight (wife and 8 year old son). The first thing we noticed was card tables used for about 1/3 of the inside dining. Classy. We entered with a minimal amount of customers and two young ladies serving as the wait staff. During the time we were there, the number of customers increased quickly until most of the 14 inside and 4-5 outside tables were full. It is impossible for two servers to handle that many tables, and it showed in the quality of service. What was most amazing to us was both servers seemed to be taking care of all the tables, instead of each having half the tables. There were tables around us that were ignored for the first 10 minutes after arrival. It was noticeably chaotic. The food was average. The crab pretzel was good, but everything else was of average quality, at least for the price of the dishes. Oh, and the pretzels that came with my Philly Steak were stale beyond being edible. Back to service. I finished my drink (a soda) halfway through the meal. Because of the lack of attention we were receiving, it took nearly 10 minutes for anyone to come close enough to alert them to the emptiness of my glass. It took another 3 minutes until I had my refill. At the end of the meal, we asked for the check, and 14 minutes later finally received it. The best part? Because of the chaotic service, BOTH waitresses brought us a check, one with our discount missing, the other with it showing....written in pen. We wont be returning, even for the crab pretzel.

Crab cake not so great but the Coconut shrimp was fabulous(seriously fabulous). Sangria was very tasty but was a HUGE letdown that I ordered a PITCHER and actually only got three glasses of sangria because the pitcher was FULL of ice. I kind of felt ripped off by this tactic as i would have faired better just buying it by the glass. Our waitress was extremely friendly and made the experience pleasant so because of her Im giving this restaurant 3 stars instead of one or two for the not so good crab cakes and rip off tasty sangria ice pitcher( but it was tasty). I think Ill go here again just to see if I can find out if its one of those places where you need to just figure out what is good and what is lousy. You can thank the waitress for me wanting to return as I find a good waitress makes me always want to give someplace another chance.

The owner approached me in the local grocery store saying "Hey pretty lady, this is for a restaurant I own behind the Cracker Barrel" and pushed a folded up paper into my hand then walked away. It was a $3 off coupon. I felt this was quite an awkward marketing approach but my husband was amused and we visited. The wraps we ordered were very good and the lite fare menu was decently priced...however, the entrée menu seemed over priced. The service wasnt great, our server made us feel as if he didnt have time for us...he wasnt very personable at all. Last but not least, there was a fruit fly that wouldnt go away...it made me wonder how many were actually in the kitchen.

My partner and I went to this establishment for the first time last Saturday. Needless to say we will not be returning or recommending it to anyone we know. The server was ok, though there were only a couple tables sat at the time. The food was less then average. You can tell everything on the menu is straight out of the freezer. Also i found there bar menu to be extremely overpriced for the glass sizes. The entire menu is overpriced for that matter. Ya can goto Looneys in Bel Air and pay half and have a way better experience.

We were ready to leave and we should have. The servers were hanging out at the bar and kitchen. The food wasnt fit to eat. I can only hope we dont get sick later. It wasnt fresh and had to be frozen. If the kitchen was as Poorly Kept as the dining room we are in trouble. I have had better frozen dinners from the grocery store. Even Banquet which is the worse. Save yourself a headache, youre money and perhaps a stomach ache and go somewhere else. PU!!!

I have hosted several parties at this place, From Ravens playoffs, Birthdays, Football drafts and my wife had a large surprise birthday for me here. They have always knocked it out of the park for me and my guest. I would recommend this place for any occasion. This is not the loud crazy Bel Air bar type place. You can host something and actually talk and enjoy your friends company with out some drunk running into you!!!!!

I came here as a group of 12. We got our drink order taken pretty quick and them our food ordered. After that it was a long wait to eat. There was only one other table seated when we ordered. I ordered a burger and it was obvious that they started the burger first and then let it sit on the grill to keep it warm until all the food was done. It was overcooked and dry. Overall I was not impressed and will not be returning.

I ate here every night for a week while on business trip. Hotel was right next door within walking distance. Food was very good. Kind of like upscale pub food. Portions were large and filling even for me 61 and 250 pounds. Great beers on tab especially the Fat Tire. Wine list looked good, but didnt drink any. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. Prices were reasonable for this area.

Just went there tonight for the first time. Absolutely zero complaints. The atmosphere was perfect, the service outstanding, and the food great. We had the buffalo wings, quesadillas, and shrimp salads...all wonderful. And with Fat Tire on tap, I was a happy camper. Our server, Dana, was perfect to boot! We will definitely go back...often.

Average. Got Luke warm food. Cold fries, but the waitress was nice and replaced them with fresh hot ones. Go here for the crab cakes, they are pretty good and the fries arnt bad as long as they are hot! Very small local place with a bar, family and outdoor seating. Couple small TVs to watch the game. Ate here, checked this, probably not again.

Service wasnt bad, however my meal came out warm at best. My steak was more medium rare then medium. The mashed potatoes lacked favor and were cold. Their Mac and cheese was great. They only have 3 beers on tap however they have a decent selection of bottled beers. Dont waste your money on the premium dishes.

Nice people nice atmosphere i read a review saying you could bring a date or just go out for a drink i think they nailed it. The price range makes perfect sense. You have chicken tenders to great seafood platters. If your close check it out and if you are staying at the hotels say hello to you new spot
