Used to go there all the time but will NEVER go back. My boyfriend has worn his favorite pair of jeans everytime we go there (at least once or twice a month) and they have small holes and the bouncers said as long as there was "no skin showing" we would be fine. Went there last weekend and was rudely approached saying we need to leave he cannot be in there. Funny how certain ones with holes in their jeans can go in but not everyone. Rude staff, 1 bar, not enough space. Definitely a waste of time, go someplace better.

Its the best spot in Downtown Lancaster. They have big dance floor with good music, a good bar area, and their rooftop bar has the best view in town. They do a decent job of keeping out urban and suburban riff raff, including godless hippies. Some of them ooze past the bouncers, usually blending in by wearing a collared shirt or by being attractive, but for the most part the people are above-average quality.

I really enjoyed it here. Alot of space to move around between floors. The atmosphere was great, bartenders were relatively quick. Music is loud but not deafening. Lots of security so thats a plus. There was a fight the day I went but it was handled very quickly. They didnt Pat me down, but other people said they got patted down? Maybe work on that. Overall awesome place definitely going again.

This place is boujee for no reason. Cant bring in a jacket. No ripped holes in your jeans what the blooodclaat is this. They lucky yorgos is temporarily closed cuz I would never ever set foot in here. They expensive as hell and the music is a hit or miss. Its so tight and packed and ugh its the only seemingly popping bar I know of around Lancaster thats open for the summer.

The rooftop bar is a great place to visit as a group. The bartenders have their own idea about cocktails and mixes, so be alert that you get what you think you ordered. Otherwise its a a good addition to the nightlife of Lancaster.

Rob from security is the greatest dude ever. The drinks are pretty good too. And the atmosphere on the rooftop is top notch, but above all else, Rob from security is what make this place worth the visit.

When Altana opened, it was great. Now its incredibly ghetto and low quality. Its overcrowded, violent and dingy. I will not come to Altana again. Its a shame, it had so much potential.

Very nice nightclub. Cool place. They have attendants in the bathroom and elevator. The rooftop lounge and bar is the most popular place in the city.
