While the food was perfectly acceptable, their delivery service was the WORST. After I had specifically asked for them to not be too early due to room reservation restrictions, they came 20 minutes early. I had asked for an itemized receipt, which I received but was handwritten IN CHINESE. So, when I discovered that I was missing one persons order and called to have them bring it, I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes, was told they had to go get someone to discuss it, to which I said no, please just bring the order and if I had to pay for it even though it was their mistake not to add it on that I was fine with that, they called me back 10 minutes later at the WRONG number to tell me that I WAS WRONG and that they would bring it in ANOTHER 10 minutes. I then told them to please make sure they brought it directly to the room so that I would not have to once again exit my meeting. When they finally arrived another 40 MINUTES later, they called me AGAIN to say they were there and didnt know where to come (which I had explained IN DETAIL). Im pretty sure I ended up paying for one persons meal twice (but I cant read Chinese, so Im not sure about that) and the delivery guy got tipped twice, even though the whole mess was their mistake. If youre thinking about eating here, just dont try to have it delivered. They are RUDE over the phone and do not make any attempts to make up for THEIR MISTAKES. But the food was OK.

ORDERED TODAY FIRST TIME.DAUGHTER SICK IN HOSPITAL.. PROS: VERY COURTEOUS PHONE PERSON...SUPER FAST DELIVERY....KIND DELIVERY PERSON...HUGE PORTIONS....GREAT PRICES....DELICIOUS BEEF LO MEIN AND GARLIC CHICKEN.....CONS- TERIYAKI CHICKEN STRIPS WERE HORRIBLE....WORST I HAVE EVER EATEN....TRIED ONE....THE REST ENDED UP IN THE GARBAGE CAN.....THAT BAD.....WOULD HAVE GIVEN THIS PLACE 5 STARS EASILY IF IT WERENT FOR HOW BAD THE TERIYAKI CHICKEN ON A STICK WAS.

I was concerned at first because some of the reviews where not that positive. However, I ordered and Im glad I did. The beef with broccoli was wonderful, with crisp vegetables and tender beef. The house special fried rice was hot and fresh too. Overall the food was excellent and the delivery was fast. I have no idea how the decor looked but they make me post about it anyway. :-)

The cashiers looked at me supsiciously for no legitmate reason, I suppose they expected me to get more than one soda even though I paid for one. I suppose I was dishonest because I am of a certain demographic. I wont patronize this business anymore. The pork tasted like rubber, buffet food was cold and not fresh. Not sure what some of the meat was, it had a weird texture.

Okay so this is a little hole in the wall restaurant but the food is good and delivered fast and hot - service is always friendly and helpful. We order from them about every two weeks and are always very happy. They always recognize the phone number and ask if we want the usual or "try new" "Momma" always recommends "this good this night" Great people.

Food taste good when fresh if you have all day to wait for it. Days buffet but will watch, harrass you, and complain if they feel you eat too much. Refill steam table with smallest portions to serve 5 people every 30 minutes. Very rude and angry when asked about food restock. Will cater to deliveries and grossly neglect all others!

It was a mix up on my order an the woman that answered the phone was very disrespectful wouldnt even let me get a word out to clear the confusing then hung up on me if your gonna trip people this rude maybe u shouldnt have a business or change who works for you very unprofessional!

We had lunch here yesterday. The chicken lo mein was only okay. The vegetable dish was well cooked. Its mushrooms were the best thing I ate all day. The plastic forks were barely adequate to eating vegetables. The tines separated and the broccoli, rather than piercing it.

China Bistro on Broadway and they provided the up most customer service!! They indeed received my 100.00 order and to top it off the delivery was less than 20 mins! China Bistro on Broadway my hats off too you!! The good was absolutely yummy!! Thank you China Bistro!

My delivery guy was very nice, my order was 5 minutes early and he had called to let me know he was outside, i guess i couldnt hear him. Food is hot and delicious. I was quite suprised for it being inexpensive. Very happy customer, will be coming back for more!

Fast service, and the cashier is very friendly. While it may not be the BEST Chinese food in the world, I dont think you can find better value anywhere else in Louisville. If you live in the WG and havent tried it yet, youre missing out.

I was a little sad that they stopped doing the buffet. But the food is still really good, and the prices are reasonable. Its so pretty close to work. Also the workers are super friendly and the food comes out quick.

This Is One Of Our Favorite Chinese Restaurants In The Louisville Area. Its Not A Large Restaurant, However their Food Is Great. Especially Their Orange Chicken. Plus, Their Use To Our Family.
