If I could give no stars and write a review I would. We went and got our food & before we even left they had dropped one of our meals on the floor, so she offered to give us an extra helping of orange chicken. We said okay & went home to eat it. One out of three meals had a bone in the chicken (understandable) second meal was dropped on the ground, so it was all thrown around in the container (which thats what they gave us the extra orange chicken for) I dont understand why they wouldnt just make a new plate. Third meal had a small black bug in it that wasnt noticed until after we had already ate a good portion of it. On top of them all being cold. We called & asked for a manager & was put on hold & then hung up on. We tried calling back & it was almost as if the phone was off the hook. We have still been trying to call & the phone is doing the same thing. Just beeping. I have never been so disgusted in my whole life. I will never be eating at any panda express again.

Panda Express is hands down my favorite Chinese restaurant, and is one of my top 5 of all time. Theyre always quick, courteous, and I love their food. Im sad that theres not one in the city I currently live in (and its a serious strike in my reasoning to move). I almost always get the same thing. A plate with half white rice, half chow mein, orange chicken, and walnut shrimp with an added side of pot stickers. I literally get more than I can eat just so I for sure have leftovers for the next day! I even got my husband hooked on it and he originally did not like Chinese at all! (Also, they give you more shrimp than is in my picture but since its been months since my last visit I just couldnt wait!) I would also like to note that my visit time was around 7:00 and all the food I have is fresh, since I noticed someone else reviewed its always stale after 6. It is a Saturday and this is my first visit to this location so I can only vouche for my experience.

I visited this location to pick up dinner for my husband, daughter and myself to take home as a treat. In the drive thru they had issues running our debit card, so I asked her to let me put our atm pin in bc I knew it would run fine that way as I had had similar issues earlier in the day with it. She refused amd demanded to see my id. Our account is in my husbands name, so clearly my name will not match the debit card. I tried to explain this to her and she got even more of an attitude say g that the card said see id (which it does not). They refused to allow me to run our bank card as a debit instead of a credit and were incredibly rude. Instead of paying cash I chose to dine elsewhere because of the incredibly awful service and will not be returning.

Terrible service the drive thru lady was rude and short and of course they forgot my terryaki sauce this time. The last 3 times they forgot my cream cheese Rangoon that I paid for and this time I made sure to check before I left and of course they had that time but when I get home I realize they didnt give me terryaki sauce so Im left with plain grilled chicken This time Im really done never coming back to this location

I went at 9:47 and ordered a panda bowl with fried rice and broccoli beef and they said they didnt have any left but when this has happened before they didnt have any left so they offered to make me some if I was willing to wait but this time it wasnt the case and Im passed you guys suck. Customers come first and youre supposed to do whatever it takes to satisfy my hunger and you didnt. Nice.

Food is fine if you visit during prime time. Off prime, and its a crap shoot (maybe cold or dried out). They should put a timer on the food in the bowls (need more turnover) or keep it covered & bombard it with steam. Staff was GREAT. Very pleasant. Looked relatively clean & staff made an effort to walk around and pickup.

Been there several times and have always found it very clean and the staff quick and friendly. Was there one time when the power went out and wasnt going to be fixed any time soon so I was given my food free because they couldnt ring me up. This is the only Panda Ill go to in Fort Wayne because Im always treated right!!

Our only experience dining in was disappointing. Slow service, with arguing staff and chaos about food orders. Though it had nice decorations and was clean. Take out is much better in our experience, hot food and good Chinese. However, they dont have wonton soup. What kind of Chinese restaurant doesnt have wonton soup?

The employees were quite professional and courteous. When I used the restroom, I became a bit concerned as I saw dead ants on the floor. I thought to myself, how often is the floor cleaned? After sitting down to eat, I forgot about the restroom. The food was amazing!!! I will be going back again, hopefully soon!!!

While I love veggies I hate when I pay the extra 1.25 for a specialty item and get 2 pieces of shrimp and a buttload of veggies. Every time I come here I have to ask for more meats or asking if they can wait for a fresh batch instead of giving me the tiny scrapes from the emptying bowl.

In need of a manager. Empty food bowls, 7 empty dirty tables.... Guess we will clean of our own table. This location is only 3 miles from home and ranges from fair to average. Of the three in our city, I usually drive past this one to get to another Panda Express

Went thru drive thru and waited over 25 minutes and they didnt even give me the cream cheese Rangoon I paid for. There was at least 6 girls working at the time and only one was actually working. After the long wait I expected hot fresh food and it wasnt even fresh.

Food is panda express (, but for the love of god, avoid the drive thru at all costs! There will be a 30-40 minute wait outside and people can walk in and get served immediately. I have lost count of the cars that left the line. Learn from my mistakes

Made it totally clear that coming to get some chow at 1030pm is a bad idea when you close at 11. Am I willing to wait...? Yea gooftroop you already charged my card? Also I need this orange chicken like a bump of H fool. Jesus. Get your crap together.

I didnt like it. Im not a veggie guy or an asian food guy. It was super clean, busy but moved very fast, good seating, I liked everything about it except the food which I have a long past history of not liking.

Always find that I end up here at times where the food is stale and isnt worth the prices they charge. Going in the evening after 6-7pm seems kind of pointless as youll have a stale selection to choose from.
