When we got there, it was 1 pm. Their signs and menus say that the buffet runs until 3 pm. However, there was only one person to run the register and fill the buffet trays and clean. She was overrun with things to do, and then had to cram her lunch into a tiny time slot in the midst of all of that, while we were there. So there were no servers to give any clean plates, and we had to pile food on top of the single plate we had, which was already covered in other sauces. For the buffet, they dont give you a receipt and also dont charge tax. Whats more, the "buffet" is only one tiny counter of food, in which they only ever fill the basins to 1/4 of what theyd normally be filled to. The rice basin had barely two servings of rice in it. Each chicken basin had only about 20, 1-inch square pieces of chicken in it. As to the food, most of it was good. But because they only brought out 1/4 of a tray at a time, even with the small amount of customers they had, we couldnt eat a normal amount. And what we did get was covered in previous sauces and shoved next to things from the plate before. The honey chicken is the best Ive ever had. The broccoli chicken was fresh and very tasty. The General Tsos was bland and greasy and not spicy. Their eggrolls are filled only with cabbage. No meat or carrots. I mean, it wasnt the fault of the woman there, that she was overworked. But Id have preferred the ability for more than one plate, and with only 1/4 of a basin each of food on the tiny one-counter buffet, you could maybe make 4 plates of food if you combined all of the food items that were up there. With three other customers, and two of us, getting even two plates was really difficult.

The first time I tried them they were excellent. However they have declined the last few times and today was the worst. Not only did I ask them prior to placing my order if they were sure they could make a delivery within 30 to 45 minutes, I was told they could. It took over an hour for the delivery. The delivery driver did not have any change and wanted me to go with him to an ATM. Seriously. ATMs do not give change. They are aware at the time of the order if it will be cash or credit. I had to get back to work and this order did not merit $6 tip. After giving him the money. The order was not correct, the rice was horrible and the fortune cookies were stale. I called to talk with someone regarding my experience and was shrugged off. It didnt seem to matter to them. They are removed from my delivery list for work

I called to check on our order because it had been about 15 minutes past the delivery time. When I asked how long it would be, I was told they were busy, 40 more minutes and then hung up on. I called back and said if it was going to be 40 more minutes that I would like to cancel our order because it had already been an hour. Then she once again said she was busy and I stopped her and said Please do not hang up, I would like to cancel this order. At this time I was told the delivery man left 5 minutes ago. I did not appreciate being hung up on and our food was not very good and needed to be warmed up.

First of all they have a health department grade of a B. Second the people that work there english is not so good, but the asian woman gets frustrated at you while placing your order. Its not the customers fault you own this business but dont understand english well enough to take orders. They need to hire someone to take orders and bring their grade up to an A until then i will not spend my hard earned money there.

I hate this restaurant, I never visit again .i visit at 1:30 pm for buffet and I was waiting for my other friends.i informed her like we want to go for buffet in mean time she strat to fill all boxes with buffet food and she kept a side and after 10 minutes once I paid for buffet she said we not making any other food for buffet .

I usually order from weiwei at least 3 times a month. But no more. I ordered 3 orders of 6 chicken wings & did i get the correct order? Hell No!! One had 3 wings in it & another had 4 in it & the last had 5 in it. I called them up & a lady said they dont have wings. I dont deal with anyplace that lies to me.

Rudest people Ive ever dealt with in my life! Cashews were old, chewy, and brown. I called back to ask to get something different and they told me "No!" They also told me that they did not care that I spent $27. Crappy people serving crappy food! Gag!!

You simply cant beat a lunch buffet with drink for $8.00. Im here 1-2 a week and sometimes they even have shrimp. Chicken on a stick is great, the green beans are great. Its wonderful to have good food at a great price in this area for lunch.

Its average. The chicken is chewy and our delivery order showed up barely warm one time. The other two times it was hot. Not terrible i think chinese chicken is always chewy unless its the sweet and sour kind.

Lunch Buffet - everything is very fresh and delicious! Although they have a small selection of items, what they do have is very good and they refresh it often! The honey chicken and crab rangoon are amazing!

Got order wrong after explaining what I wanted for 10 minutes. Kept telling me I told them I wanted honey chicken when I said moo goo gai pan wow!! Those sound alike! !! Never again!!!!!

Im not a big Chinese food guy, but I do like my rice, so thats pretty much how i judge a Chinese restaurant. Wei Weis rice was nothing special and was very hard throughout.
