My husband and I ordered egg foo young and egg rolls, half way through our dinner two black hairs were found mixed in our food. Yuck, but stuff happens. When he called to let them know of the issue, he was hung up on which upset the egg basket even more. We took the plate and went back to the store were the hostess got very ignorant with us telling everyone that the hair was white and hers was red. The "cook" acted like he was going to come around the counter to start a fight with us. It is unfortunate that establishments cant make better judgement when they are at fault. (her hair was black, like the one in the plate). Not even 0.1 miles up the road is a much better selection if your looking for Chinese food.

we ordered from here tonight and not only did i get hung up on and had to call back to ask questions like how much is it and when will it be here but then when it did get here the delivery guy banged on my door repeatedly and then yelled at me because he was sure that i was supposed to pay with cash even though we already paid with a card, so i called the store for him to confirm and he snatched my phone out of my hand without even asking and stood in my doorway and yelled at the lady on the other end. then we get to the food, honestly i could have went to the freezer section at payless and spent less money and had better quality food. awful customer service and i will never order from them again.

This restaurant has the best Chinese food in town. Maybe the state. I dont know what happened to the reviewer who called the service poor. My family and I have been eating here for years and weve never had bad service. The portions are crazy large. We order takeout one night and have enough left over for lunch and dinner the next day. You cant go wrong with anything on the menu. The inside of the place is not very attractive but you will get over that once you try the food. You are really missing out if you havent eaten here.

The people who run this restaurant are HORRIBLE at customer service. Do not go here if you dont want to get rushed out of the door or hung up on on the phone. I have ordered delivery from them twice now, and the second time they literally hung up on me twice. They assumed I was paying cash and hung up immediately after getting my address, so I had to call back to give them my card info. After I gave them my card info they hung up AGAIN. It is hard to believe that this business can continue to exist.

Ive have been going here since I moved here from California...which is about 11 years! They owners dont speak perfect English, but they have two kids who help out a lot at the register, which is adorable.The food is always great and piping hot...I love their fried dumplings and low mien noodles...my husband canr go without their general tsos chicken. Even my picky 9 year old loves their food. Its a whole in the wall...but I look at it like a hidden gem :)

Our server (his name was owen) was so kind and adorable and gave us the best experience. The food was more authentic than taco bell. Owen spoke perfect english and helped to translate our english to the owners of the restraunt. What a gentleman. Then he let me play on his clash of clans account but I lost a battle so owen didnt let me have an extra dumpling which made me sad. The bathrooms were also very clean.

Hometown Chinese food, owners speak fast and dont like to wait, food comes in large portions and tastes good, mind the delivery fee ( lunch special of orange chicken with delivery is 15 bucks) Update: It was raining out - the delivery driver, one of the owners, drove into my yard up to the door and made me come out to him to get the food. I mean - who does that? Done with this place.

The food was just ok, nothing special, but I used to live near a bunch of really good ones. Service was friendly, restaurant was somewhat dirty and dilapidated, price was normal for takeout. May be the best in Anderson according to some reviewers, but that just means Ill drive a little farther to get something good

We love the food. We order it delivered and my only complaint is that they never charge the same amount. First time was $34 and it went up to$44 last time and this time we ordered the same thing as always except a small egg drop soup instead of a large one and they charged $45.

We eat there about once a week at least. Love the food and serving portions are large. Very friendly and can call and place order and it will be ready usually by the time we drive there to pick it up. Prices are great and people are very friendly. They have our business.

The food is always fresh and wonderful, how can one go wrong with a free egg roll? Reasonable prices, family owned. The woman doesnt speak the greatest English, be patient, she understands. One of the greatest Chinese places to chow down in town!

Phoned in and ordered Mongolian Beef. Picked up my order and a menu and went home. I dont know what they gave me but it sure wasnt Mongolian beef. Tasted like mud. Looked at the menu, they dont even have Mongolian beef on the menu.

Food is mediocre. Chicken seems very cheap; small, grisly pieces. Crab rangoons had no cream cheese in them and tasted very fishy. Sauces were good. Steamed dumplings were tolerable. People seemed nice enough.

Weve been eating here as since 1991 when we moved to the area. Service is always friendly and food is great. It may be a hole in the wall restaurant but I recommend it highly.

Chaos at its worst 11 year old taking orders called order 20 minutes before I got there they took 15 minutes to help me and didnt start making my order for 5 more minutes
