I went to this restaurant Saturday evening to get 2 combo dinners for me and my husband. I ordered the TSO Chicken combo and my husband the shrimp with mixed vegetables. When we got home we sat down to eat and my husband finished all of his plate,but I only ate my egg roll and bites of chicken and rice but did not finish it not even half. After about 2 hours I started feeling nauseated and I felt great the whole day and past week and so I thought what is happening to me for me to be this sick all of a sudden,so I ended up throwing up all night long just feeling miserable. I thought after throwing up all night it was over..I was wrong..Having an empty stomach I tried juices and crackers but could not eat all day Sunday because I felt so sick and my stomach continued to hurt..I just gave up on trying to eat and stayed with fluids..I go to bed and try to rest but i end up having diarrhea all day long and could not eat or keep anything down.So Monday comes and.I stayed in bed all day and could not even get up to go to the bathroom without feeling so dizzy and sick it is awful!!!! Then again not being able to eat or drink much at this point I have to force myself so I will not get dehydrated. I still was not able to eat anything.I again was up all night going to the bathroom with severe diarrhea and I mean severe at least 20 times in a six hour period..At this point I have had enough!! I know for sure I had gotten FOOD POSIONING from this restaurant .I WILL NEVER NEVER EVER go back to this place. It is now Tuesday morning and I am still suffering with this..I am leaving this review because I pray that no one else get this sick from eating there. I am miserable and have to go to the hospital now because I can not stop the throwing up and diarrhea that all started after eating this food.. PLEASE listen to me when I tell you be CAREFUL!!! Eating at this place you do have the chance of getting food Posioning just like I did..

VERY BAD SERVICE . I ordered some food and had it delivered . Upon arriving i had 3 extra plates that i didnt order yet was charged for it was a hastle to get her to just charge me for what i ordered arguing with me. Mind u im a regular a week later i ordered again and she yelled at me to order correct this time and i was shocked and told her not to speak to me like that. She proceeded to tell well find somewhere else to go and hung up . I called back and told her dont hang up on me and we kept going back and forth i let it go but i will NEVER BE BACK THERE EVER AGAIN BAD DOG FOOD

I guess businesses dont care how they treat patrons these days. The Chinese Food here is standard...nothing fancy or exceptional about it, but the customer service is fair at best. I dont appreciate being condescended or talked down to just because I am asking questions on the menu and pricing. Wish I had just cancelled the order and walked away because the food did not bring me any kind of satisfaction after I left this place. You might want to support another business that actually respects its customers.

RUDE/NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have been going here for 3 years and it has gotten worse. The cashier has gotten extremely rude and unwilling to listen to logic! She actually told me I wasnt hurting their business when I expressed my concern and told her I wouldnt be back. To make matters worse, the food isnt that great!! They were the only Chinese restaurant in the area until a few weeks ago. I will be taking my business to their new competitor!

Poor customer service. I was over charged $11 & the cashier had the audacity to get loud and billigerant because I corrected her mistake. Ultimately, I left with a full refund and no food.....waste of time! In addition, others who were with me ate there and said that their food was not good at all.....

This takeout restaurant serves various a different styles of oriental foods to your liking if you need to add extra they will provide extra but at a cost you tell him if you want it hot or you want it spicy they will provide it for you very friendly very open and willing to serve you the best food ever

Her husband is rude to customers, on and off the phone. He likes to lie about delivery charges and where he feels like delivering. He is only kind when she is there .. Food is okay, orderes shrimp and it was basically fried bread, they had cut the shrimp in half! How cheap is that?!!

Lady on the phone was rude and couldnt understand basic English or the alphabets. Since she couldnt understand how to spell my street name she told me I need to speak Chinese and order from somewhere else. Not a problem. My money spends at other Chinese restaurants.

Still have my scrolling 3 ft. 2005 calendar they gave out a decade ago. Always liked this place. Glad that one restaurant finally settled in because pre-mid 2000s, before Dragon Garden arrived, it was like the Defense Against the Dark Arts professor at Hogwarts...

Idk what you people are talking about how bad the customer service was... It was good really . Dont expect it to always be too enthusiastic. The people that I saw were two Asian guys . pretty much identical, and I can say that they are holding up pretty well .

Traveling north from Florida, stopped here because of the reviews. Food wasnt very good...fried rice was very bland, I didnt realize that chicken wings could be as small as they are, and while they give you a generous portion, it had no taste to it.

Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The food is really good though,especially compared to most of the Chinese places in this area. Id get food there more often if dealing with them didnt always leave me annoyed as hell.
