While traveling we stopped at Whataburger in Seagoville, TX we were not pleased with our experience. Midway thru our order the cashier asked someone else to finish taking our order while she went to the drive thru window and spoke to the customer there. They called our number but brought the wrong order to the table. When we finally got our food we only got part of it. After going back to the counter and explaining that we hadnt gotten all of the order, the young lady said with an attitude "I know they still have to make it." So by the time the last of the food arrived there was not even an apology for the delay. VERY poor management staff.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. We got Whataburgers and it smelled like straight PLASTIC!! The meat looked undercooked and the cheese looked old. I love Whataburger and this is a HUGE disappointment!! I am warning the managers at this location, you will get sued if you end up getting someone sick! Get better quality and better cooks!! We will never be back to this location and I advise you avoid it at ALL COSTS! (The building also smelled TERRIBLE!!)

Sometimes the dining area is not the cleanest and sometimes the service is slow. Tonight though my youngest dropped his chicken on the floor under our table. We tried to pay for a new kids 4pc chicken but when the manager heard why we were making a new order he insisted on replacing the chicken free of charge. THAT is customer service! Merry Christmas!

I went in and ordered one of their specialty burgers. Please cut the cheese on my burger. They advertise that you can have a burger just like you want it. It came out with cheese and the manager said that it had to come out that way. Huh? I even emailed the corporate office. No reply. Great customer service Whataburger! NOT!!! I will not go back!

I love this Whataburger! The food is always fresh and the employees are really kind. Ive only had one issue with an order being incorrect but they resolved it immediately. On top of that gave me a coupon for my next visit. This is the only Whataburger Ill go to now. And there are actually a couple that are closer to my home but I prefer this one

The food is good. The dining room is dirty. Theres mold buildup around the ice dispenser. The service was bad. They are unfriendly but seemed to be over friendly to certain people only. I told the corp office about the sanitation a few months ago. The areas are bad and has gotten worst.

The manager David and the cook Nick at the Seagoville, TX location has excellent customer service. I asked for my pancakes to be big and I got exactly what I asked for without any hesitation. Neither IHOP nor Dennys can compare to the pancakes at Whataburger. Keep up the good work

I wish I could take a picture of the burger just to show how half assed it was done. The fries were cold. Ordered drive through. Ordered four complete meals and was given two packets of ketchup. Third time I order from this restaurant and all 3 times the order was wrong.

Ordered a BOB ranchero. It came back plain. He redid the egg with jalepenos and when I saw him put it on the previous, now cold, sandwich I left. Had to go to work. Called corporate and got nothing. Will never go back.

Great food as any Whataburger but the place is not very clean and there were many flies inside , the AC was not on , maybe thats why the flies!! Sorry just not used to eating in those circumstances.

The bread on the burgers are very stale! Asked for a wheat bun and when I got home to eat it which is literally 2 minutes from there the bread was as hard as a rock! Very unhappy customer!

I cant tell you how good the food was cause I didnt eat it. There was a roach crawling across the drink counter. The managers response was "The cold must be bringing them in".

They are really cheap on their fries, if you order a medium fry its like ordering a small cause they only fill them up half way. Never going back!!!!!
