Hong Kong offers quick, cheap, and tasty Chinese food. My wife and I enjoyed our dinner and will be coming back... just not for the sushi. This is a family business, and we received the expected fast, friendly service. They even gave us extra egg rolls. The General Tsos/Gaus Chicken was better than most in Elizabethtown with minor issues. The fried rice was great, especially the bits of char siu! The sauce was flavorful, but a little too sweet after several pieces. The chicken was done well, with the exception of the tough or all-breading pieces. The real issue is with the sushi. Dont come here for sushi. Its cheap, but its essentially rice with spicy mayo. There was almost no fish in the spicy salmon roll. Id say there was about a 10:1 ratio of rice to meat, and thats being generous.

Update 2 Feb 17: another quick delivery, this time for my whole family. My son thought his general tso chicken was the best hes ever had. My wife got chicken and snow peas. She loved hers especially since this is the first place ever to add mushrooms. My lo mein was just as good as the 1st time. The crab rangoons were a little overcooked but still enjoyable. Had my food delivered. The delivery was quick, the food tasted great, and the prices are reasonable. The only thing that tasted bland was the california roll. Otherwise the lo mein and crab rangoons were delicious.

Fried rice tasted like any other typical fried rice, I got the sunshine roll as well and the fish tasted so bad and smelled incredibly fishy (usually a sign of it not being good). I know Im not getting anymore sushi there anymore, but if I do Im picking a different roll. Ill be sticking to Double Dragon or Good Taste, now Im sitting here hoping I wont get sick from that shity fish they used. Would have given it 2 stars, but Gave 3 for them making the food fast.

Fast yeah but gross the egg do young has no bean sprouts so it a dam omelet. The gravy to it is the nastiest thank I ever taste. I order the general chicken spicy and they gave me some old dry probably day old orange chicken. Was supper nasty. Shrimp with lobster sauce is not good at all it shrimp soup with carrots and peas and I threw up all night with the worst stomach pains.. Save your money.

Neatly boxed in plastic ware with lids. Cute and extremely clean dining area. think it looks cleaner by far than the other takeaway Asian spots, which, I do not use because they look dingy. If you like anime style, you think the decor is cute and fresh too! :-) Family business, very polite. Quick delivery/ takeout. Food hot and good.

All of the food was excellent, including the extra crab rangoon (for ordering over $50). Had Almond Ding Chicken (WOW!), Bourbon chicken (great!) and tangerine chicken (no interjection, wife ate that one). Sushi was good, as were the egg/spring rolls. IMO, best Chinese delivery in Etown.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this quaint little spot. We are regulars at Hong Kong Chinese! The owners and staff are wonderful people and the establishment is ALWAYS clean. You can see the staff prepare your food while you wait. We happily and highly recommend this to everyone

The food they serve is the best Chinese food here in town, and dare I say, it is even better than the "prestige" Chinese place here in town called Green Bamboo. They are some of the nicest people as well. Wish I could eat here everyday.

I am pretty sure that the restaurant is a copy cat of Double Dragon that has been in Etown for over twenty years. The menu is the exact same, not to mention that the owner use to be a delivery driver for Double Dragon.

By far the BEST Chinese delivery in the area. They do things like put condiments in a zip lock bag, staple the cartons closed, little things like that show they take pride in their food and service!!
