The absolute rudest customer service Ive ever experienced anywhere. Ive ordered from them many times- without fanfair or incident. Food isnt spectacular but not God-awful either. So, I stuck with them. I tolerated the rude female Chinese women who were loud, brutish, and persistently cut me off mid-sentence on the phone regularly. Unfortunately, things took a bad turn when they began forgetting my/our drinks. Not once, but 3 times in a row. Not ok. So, the next time it happened, they not only forgot our drinks again, but delivered ice cold chicken-on-a-sticks. (Not ok either- were 3 minutes away by car.) So, I refused to pay for cold chicken sticks as that is not what is advertised or indicated. When I refused to pay for the chicken sticks, they left them with me regardless, and still, I hadnt paid for them. I didnt want "free cold chicken sticks" I simply wasnt going to pay for cold chicken-on-sticks, so...doing the right thing, I drove their poor product back to their store and laid them on their counter, telling them I didnt order cold (old) chicken-on-sticks and didnt want to keep them- I did the right thing by returning them. However, the rude Chinese woman threatened to call the cops on me- totally misunderstanding the situation and not allowing me to speak- and so now they completely refuse to deliver to my house- outright. BUYER BEWARE- these people are rude, unfair, and can flip your script without notice or care. There are other Chinese restaurants that have DECENT PEOPLE working there that actually "care" about their customers. Not worth the time, effort, or energy- consider other options. Bottom line- if they screw up your order, they will NOT make it right- youre just out of luck- period.

Would rate 0 if possible. Ordered 3 Lunch Specials for me & co-workers of ours. We have a 30 minute lunch break. Upon entering, the store was a mess. There was no welcome, and everyone looked like they did not want to be there. After getting back to work, our order was completely wrong. The only thing right was the 2 egg rolls. I called as soon as we seen the messed up order & they told us to bring it back. We told them we were on a 30 min lunch & if we could bring it back for a refund after work. They agreed. We go to take back the food & they deny our refund claiming "We ate" & "Sorry" after moving things over top of a poorly written sign that said "No refunds". Never again will we order from here. And also, I mentioned we had 3 Lunch specials, all $5.35. With an order of 2 egg rolls. The total was still $30.00. When I questioned, the lady kept proclaiming there was no mistake. Ridiculous. The food was also unappealing!

Delivery guy is so sweet! CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE OR THEY LEAVE (delivery). Food is anything youd expect out of a Chinese restaurant, still good but nothing over the top! Recently had a bad customer service experience with one of the ladies behind the counter. Called in and started with "Do you have sesame chicken? Ive never ordered it" She states yes, asks if I want a combo I say yes. I ordered two other combs some soup, more egg rolls and crab ragoon. I picked it up and noticed there wasnt a sesame chicken order...So I advised I didnt see it, and asked for it to be ordered. One of the lady workers was eating at a table and started yelling back to the lady behind the counter, I couldnt understand what was being said but I think the tone you speak in is universal :) Ill definitely still order from there! Just going to stick with delivery!!

Everybody on here saying that this is the best Chinese food they have ever had needs to get out more.... This food is ok at its best. ... It should not take an hour to deliver food to a location 3 miles away-- 15-20 minutes to cook and 10-15 to deliver it..... My latest experience with this restaurant unfortunately is my last. ... The food came cold and my children became sick after eating it. I called the restaurant where they refused to get the manager and the lady named Tina said it doesnt matter anyway because "we do nothing for you! " Very nice. ... Job well done--- Sadly this seems to be the norm here in Indiana

Extremely unprofessional and rude when trying to order over the phone. Just tried to order a lunch delivery... they dont open until 11a so I called at 11:15a at which time a man answered and said something and hung up the phone on me... Have ordered from them before, very slow but the food was hot. I dont know why all of these people are saying its delicious, the chinese food in the Clarksville mall is 1000% better and so is their customer service! Its all relative really, the quality of chinese food around Jeffersonville is appalling. Pizza anyone?!

Its ok I order from there a couple times every few months. Food is always good and they havent messed up my order yet. Downfalls The prices do not stay the same though it really all depends on who checks you out. Sometimes its cheaper Sometimes its up to $7 more than what you paid the last time for the same exact order. Delivery times do suck!! They always take forever! And sometimes the lady answering the phone can be very rude. If there was any other Chinese food delivery in the Jeffersonville area I would order from them. But unfortunately there isnt.

My personal favorite. We always just pick up. Large portions for a good price. You can watch them cook. Chinese places are never fast on delivery so do carryout and stop bitching.. Best fried wontons and pork and broccoli with pork fried rice. Love the egg rolls. And do you expect them deliver $5 worth of food? Cost more in gas then what you paid. Bunch of whiny people. Ive NEVER had an issue and eat here all the time.

Thought the woman working was very rude, cant really call her a lady the way she ran out the door to call us rude cause we didnt know it wasnt a buffet. So my boyfriend said lets go. She told us the food was good.once again told her they was Not a buffet. The place was nasty dirty and she was rude a hell, I wont be going back there again.

My experience has been great. Ive ordered countless times from here for delivery, and yes sometimes it may take some time, but its always right, and food tasty. I love Chinese. I also need to say, it takes time because they only have so many to deliver the food, remember this.

I just called, Im stuck in a motel from out of town. Rude when ordering I was told cant use credit card, then was told I had to order $12 worth for delivery. I didnt ask to be stuck at the motel, I travel for a living. Thanks for making this such an inconvenient experience.

From my experience its a good place to get Chinese delivered. It may be slow but it is well worth the wait. I usually get the chicken with mixed vegetables with fried crab sticks or some sweet donuts. Id recommend you try it and see if you like it.

NO STARS..... WHEN THEY DELIVERED MY FOOD THERE WAS A BUG IN MY RICE AND I CALLED BACK AND THE LADY WAS YELLING AT ME SAYING "NO REFUND" WASNT ASKING FOR A REFUND BUT I WOULDNT EAT THERE VERY UNCLEAN AND PEOPLE WHO DELIVER JUST TAKES YOUR MONEY
