HORRIFIC!! Seriously, stood at the door for 10 minutes before someone would seat us. Person tabbing out folks just kept saying, "be with you shortly.." Couple other employees would chime in and say same thing. After 38 minutes we were waited on.... Here s How it Went: ... 1. Ordered Cobb salad - Received some type of chicken Southwestern Salad 2. Orders Egg Breakfast - Received 2 pieces of cold, greasy toast. 3. Pancakes that sat in the window for 20 minutes 4. Meatloaf Open Face Sandwich - Burned So, the waitress who didnt know her name..... who wouldnt make eye contact with.... who was being punished by the kitchen staff (so it seemed) did this. 1. Delivered THE WRONG SALAD to the table 2. Stated the bacon was unfit so she wouldnt serve. Eventually she went into the kitchen to the stove grabbed my bacon threw it on my plate in the window, walked around where she is to pick food up and brought it to me. She then DELIVERED BURNED hash browns that looked they had been on the floor and scooped up. The bacon was there, with my cold toast, greasy eggs, burned hash browns, 3. She told kitchen staff she needed powdered sugar on the ice cold pancakes so it clumped together when she delivered to table. 4. Meat loaf my daughter just ate because of hypoglycemia. When we tabbed out the manager asked me... how was everything. I stated, Absolutley AWFUL, the worst service and food we had ever had. She looked at me and said sorry to hear that she would give us 20% OFF!!! What a slap in the face. IF THIS ISNT ENOUGH...... WE COULDNT GET BACK TO NASHVILLE BECAUSE MY HUSBAND THREW UP WITH DIAREHHEA THE WHOLE WAY HOME. Obviously Food Poisioning. As we stopped at a walk in clinic they advised us to contact Health Dept and to drink lots of fluids, etc... What a hole in the wall. Bob Evans has always been a place we stop but the service, attention to detail, courteous, efficiency in this place is a insult to the BoB Evans as a whole. So I wonder who is the guilty party in this whole disaster last night? 1. Manager - tabbing people out 2 Staff - Who kept repeating we would be helped but wouldnt help us. 3.Waitress - Who delivered nasty food, poor service, didnt speak, 4.Kitchen Staff - Who had attitudes, unaware of their menu, wore no hair nets, filthy in their food handling 5. MY FAMILY. . . . . . . . . . We should of gotten up and left. We were warned by a couple that was coming out.... Dont go in, they are as slow as snails. We didnt listen because it is BoB Evans. Ha..... Monday the Health Dept will be notified, my CC will be credited the full amount AND this post will be on out there so everyone can see. General Manager you need to CLEAN HOUSE, get some employees who want to work, get employees who know the menu so when you order you GET WHAT you ordered, buy some hair nets, and dont go on vacation until you get it done.

Hostess was very nice in sitting us at our table. She forgot to grab silverware for us. 12 minutes went by without our waiter even coming around to introduce themselves and take our drink orders. It was not AT ALL busy there. There were four or five waiters walking all around us, but none of them actually coming over to our table. I eventually had to flag down a waiter and ask for some service. It ended up the one I flagged down was my waiter. She came over and barely apologized for making us wait. She asked what we would like as though we already had our drinks. I gave her my drink order and what I wanted to eat, since she took so long getting around to us. They brought our bread for our meal, and our soup. Still no silverware OR DRINKS. Luckily, they brought spoons with the soup. I had to get up and go flag down anyone I could find to ask for some silverware. They seemed to be unsure as to where the silverware was located and had to ask someone. Then, as they were looking for the silverware, they saw some new customers coming in and started reaching for the menus as though they were going to seat them before giving me my two sets of silverware that I needed. I got our silverware so that we could actually eat our bread. Our drinks were finally brought to us after after I sat back down with our silverware. Weve already been in there for over half an hour and just started eating and it was not busy. We finished our soups and then waited for our main meal for a while. The waiter brought our meals. I asked for more biscuits, since it was endless bread. My sister ordered the pot roast, same as me, but the onions in it were almost still raw, they were so undercooked. My main meal was okay. The one time in the hour and a half that we were their, our waitress actually came over and checked on us. She said that the biscuits would be out in about 2 minutes. Half an hour passed, we had both finished our food and still no biscuits. Eventually, I flagged down the General Manager and explained our experience. She was very apologetic and took care of our meal for us and we finally got the dessert that we had ordered with our meal when we put our orders in. This experience would have been not as horrendous had I not had my baby with me who was in desperate need of a nap by the time we left because it took so long in there. We were hoping to have a quick lunch. The General manager was the only think that somewhat salvaged the situation for our experience. We will not be going back to that location ever again. It is filled with young waiters that do not seem to care about their service.

I took my 2 boys out for dinner and they wanted panckaes... they choose Bob Evans. I figured why not they didnt look to busy and I am in the mood for some country cooking. We walk in and arent greeted for at least 8 minutes, not because theyre busy but because no one was around to do their job. So we are finally greeted and its out server (who shall remain nameless) she seats us and promptly takes our drink order. Then I dont see her for 20 minutes.. no exaggeration. So she comes back and asks if weve made up our minds... yes thats her opening line upon her return. We place our order and at this time we still do not have silverware or our drinks that she asked us for 25 minutes ago.... she apologized and returned with drinks and silverware. Were now 40 minutes into our visit and she comes to the table with my boys food.. pancakes and french toast.. no syrup and they missed my pot roast sandwich theyre making that "on the fly" so she returns to the table with 1 cup of syrup.. mind you there is a order of pancakes and french toast on the table. She then asked my oldest who has the french toast, do you need syrup too. He looks at me and laughs.. and says yes please. My boys finish both their meals which apparently tasted great before I got my sandwich. The manager brings it out to me and says Im not sure how this was missed my apologies. So now Im eating my sandwich basically alone while my kids complain about being there for so long. I never received my bill from my server and had to ask the counter person to retrieve it. There are now hiring signs on the front door, I hope they make the proper changes to be successful as they are running the name of Bob Evans into the ground. I dont see me and my family returning anytime soon. I hope this detailed experience helps you make a better decision than I did.. good luck future Bob Evans customers.
