My children love Chick Fil A. My little got very excited about the Peppa Pig toy for her kids meal. We asked for it and it, the person taking my order said OK but it was not in her bag. I went back to exchange the toy we got and the person waiting on me was openly annoyed, said they are out. Offered no sympathy. Mad child and not great experience. The food however was good. Poor service Good food especially salads and sandwiches Otherwise unremarkable

Location is privately owned and as such... Chicken isnt always fresh or hot, also chicken tends to be cut so you get less chicken in the eating portions... Latest visit, manager had to walk me to my table with second set of nuggets for visual inspection of tray as she (very young adult manager) questioned if I had received 2 packs of nuggets already... Stealing of chicken must be a real problem here.

Everyone knows their food is great. What sets this Chick Fili apart is their outstanding service. You can tell the employees are well selected & trained to be extra courteous to all, & to make your experience there an enjoyable one. I dine here one to two times a week & receive the same high level of service each time, no matter what employees are on duty.

Worst Chick-fil-A ever....went through the drive-through today they cant figure out whos order is whos...ended up with no napkins and they shorted me my kids meal which I paid over three dollars ...I dont have time to go back and get it so I guess Im screwed again... This is the only Chick-fil-A I ever have problems!

This is my favorite place to go to lunch in Elizabeth City. Great place, friendly service, and FAST. If they dont get your meal in under 5 minutes, you get your next meal for free. Great place for quick food, but if you are searching for a unique experience, EC has a bunch of other restaurants for that.

I love their food but I needed an order ready at 7:15 this morning and I was not able to leave until 7:45. That severely threw me off and made me look unprepared rather than them and I was not offered anything to compensate for the loss of time. I found this to be very untraditional for Chick-fil-A.
