We like Bamboo House because they deliver. Excellent dumplings and otherwise good/average dishes. It has been a long time since I ate in, but I remember the service as being very friendly and quite fast, although a bit disorderly at first due to language barrier with the first attendant. The interior is old (but clean) and in need of some updating, though I imagine that would incite a price hike. They deliver to Camp Taylor and Germantown areas for sure, but I dont know how far out they will go. My wife used to work downtown and said that they used to get deliveries there, so Im guessing theyre willing to go anywhere within 3-5 miles at least. Yes, I recommend you try them as an alternative to pizza when you want to stay home.

Have had 2 deliveries that were wrong. 1st delivery was shorted on order and had to go there in person to get sorted out on order. 2nd delivery was charged for 3 lunch specials when we had only ordered 2. Only 2 was delivered. Could not get things straighten out due to poor English. Spoke good English when they took the CC#, and a dishonest delivery driver. Staff always seems disorganized and in to much of a rush. Lost this customer. Recommend you try another restaurant.

The food was alright and theres plenty of parking. My only complaint is that the teenager there will chat you up about why China is better than any country around. Everyone has a right to their opinion but this proud American was there for the Chinese food, not the Chinese politics. It kind of made the food less appealing.

We always enjoy the food we get here. The value is great if you order two combo meals we were able to feed 2 adults 2 boys and grandson. They love the rice in it was only a dollar . We even have some leftovers for tomorrow. Great value beats McDonalds

Ive been a few times, and picked up carry-out many times. Always good, no matter what we order. Free crab rangoon with orders over $10- may be the best Ive had around here.
