this odd little place is a grocery store that has booths and sells some awesome authentic mexican food. the booths are a bit wierd as they are suede but the food is good and service great. considered a local hidden gem this place is a must visit but parking is a bit difficult as you have to park next door in the abandoned convienience store or in the back and walk a little. they do not have fountain soft drink however they sell coca cola in the bottle (from mexico of course) and have mutiple other bottled drink choices that are out of the ordinary to most.

Horrible food and a horrible waiter!! Decided to try the new train station location in Charlestown and what I ordered was fried way too long and literally inedible. The young Mexican waiter roughly 22 to 25 years of age but such a smart ass over the deal and refused initially to take it off my bill even though I had only tried one small bite. In the end he did take it off because I refused to pay for it. Definitely will not be back to this location!! Save your money and go somewhere that is clean and serves edible food with PLEASANT wait staff.

What a pleasant surprise to stumble across La Pasadita -the littlest, lastest authentic Mexican food outpost in southern Indiana. Great tacos (lengua is my fav), great salsa, friendly service. Will definitely recommend

IMO,The best place to eat in Charlestown bar none. Its a dive, but well worth the stop if you enjoy real Mexican food. Everything from the carnitas and chicken tacos to the Caldo de Camaron were fantastic..
