Had an unexpected experience this morning. Took my grand-daughter this morning for breakfast around 9:30. She thought it would be cool to eat outside at the table. We rung the button on the board, could barely hear the employee. Tried to order the cinnasnacks. Was told they didnt have any. Proceeded to order the french toast sticks. Hard to hear but I thought she said they didnt have those as well. I said to the speaker/employee that I was having difficulty hearing her. She paused and came back on with a rude tone. I said to my grandbaby - They dont have french toast sticks and the employee said "We DO have them!" I paused, very confused. Asked my grandbaby what she wanted. The employee then said "Maam, why dont you buzz back in when youre actually ready to order." I feel as though this employee was very rude and disrespectful. We took our business elsewhere. I usually have pretty decent service here, so Im very surprised at the service I received.

Just came from there. Ordered two (5) piece chicken strip meals, one with chili cheese tater tots/barbque dipping sauce and the other with onion rings/ranch dipping sauce. They were out of onion rings (not a big deal) then we get to the window and theyre out of chili (wouldve been nice to know while looking at the menu). Pay and leave. Get home and only have two (3) piece chicken strip meals, no dipping sauce, and one of the chicken strips looked as if it had been bitten into. Disgusting and no reason for the poor service.

We sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting on 3 drinks. I asked for my receipt and they could not provide it. They tried to give us the wrong sizes and the tea was unsweetened even though I ordered sweet. He spent time wandering around inside looking for a drink carrier but what can you expect from an establishment that allows their employees to wear their name badge on the side of their hat. Never again.

Genuinely, this place consistently has the best drive thru rapport and service of any fast food place I know. Does it compete with a nice sit-down restaurant? No way. But on a scale of Sonics, its one of the finest.

This Sonic has had service hiccups in the past, but not in recent months. The food and service have been great. Best fast food around. The shakes are the best youll find anywhere.
