Been to this Buffalo Wings and Rings a couple times. Very hit or miss. Sometime I have a great experience and the food is great. When I go other times, the service is as low quality as the food. I went to BW&R for my birthday this year and was very displeased with the service. Meghan was our server and she acted annoyed with us the entire time. I tried to be understanding, Working in the food industry myself, I know how stressful groups are. But her service ruined the entire experience. We had to ask for refills. She kept asking when the rest of the party was going to show up, seemingly annoyed. She kept trying to rush us out the door. Half of the group had to keep asking for boxes because she kept forgetting. She also had to keep asking which check was which. My food was good this visit. A large portion of our table got desserts. They all seemed to enjoy the food. However, service was unacceptable. This server should have focused less on getting us out the door and more on her hospitality. Just a warning to anyone who wants to eat here with a group larger than four. They cant seem to handle it and everyone looks annoyed. I will go ahead and drive a little bit further for Buffalo Wild Wings next time.

I love the food here and service has always been pretty good at this location. Reason why I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the fact that every time I order wings I say "extra extra extra crispy" because they fail to cook them properly. If I do not say this, some of the wings are raw! Still, even when I say that, sometimes they are still raw and definitely by no means are they "crispy." I have several family members and friends that say the same exact thing and some of them refuse to eat there because of this problem. I love the food, I just wish the cooks would pay attention to the order that is given!

This review is based on several experiences, to be fair. Service is usually pretty good, it doesnt feel like theyre trying to rush you out the door. The food is pretty tasty. The beer is cold. The only real issue is with carry out. Several times weve gotten take out and have asked "please make sure the dipping sauce for the onion rings is in there", and we were told it was, only to get home to find out that they left it out. The onion rings WITH the dipping sauce is at least half the reason we eat here. If they can figure out that simple issue and not lie to their patrons they may end up with 5 stars!

Honestly, I used to love this restaurant and would come in multiple times a week when the old GM was there. But about 6 months or so ago they brought on a new manager (I think her name is Amy) anyway, i refuse to return there until they get rid of her. I have seen her scream at a staff member right next to the dining room. She has personally been rude to me and my husband almost every interaction we have with her and she brings the restaurant down. FIX YOUR MANAGEMENT

We had the best service that we had ever experienced at a restaurant. We were at the Greendale, IN location, and our servers name was Tyler. He was extremely kind, funny, knowledgeable, helpful, and timely with our requests. Tyler exceeded our expectations and deserves to be recognized for his quality service. I hope we have the pleasure of having him as our waiter again the next time we visit. The food was excellent, as always. Great visit to Buffalo Wings & Rings!

Arrived for lunch on Saturday and was seated and helped right away however, nothing went well after that. Received the wrong drink then the waitress dropped 2 plates by us and glass shards hit me in the face. Our food arrived and there was a big hair on the onion rings (almost like it was planted there)! The wings were cold and over cooked. Needless to say, wont be back!

Came in on a Tuesday night they went busy at all we sat down at a table and waited 25 minutes no one came to take our order. Waitresses were too busy standing in the back talking to notice they had tables. We got up to leave and the hosts just stared at us as we walked out. Needless to say we wont be returning it was a waste of time sitting there.

My favorite spot in Lawrenceburg! Mondays kids eat free with an adult entrée purchase and tall domestic drafts are only $3.75. Food is great and enough variety that it never gets old. Never had a bad experience and the servers are awesome! Ask for Jena B, she is great and never misses a beat!

Food tasted alright, waitress was sweet. My burger was not hot but I ate it anyway and boy was that a mistake. I rarely get sick but was up last night from 12:15-5:30 with nausea and severe stomach cramps. I had to miss work. Something there made me very sick.

We are frequent customers. Most the time the service is good and the food is almost always delicious! Love the pretzel bites and lemonade ! Make sure to ask for extra wet wings if you like them saucy otherwise sometimes they can be a little lean on the sauce.

Worst. Experience ever. Order was wrong.We got over charged for things we didnt order. We asked for frosted mugs didnt get them. Brought to waitress attention nothing was done. To much confusion with waitress. My burger was bloody. It wasnt even that busy.

Great service and friendly staff. The food was great and even with how busy they were the food and drinks came out in a good amount of time. big big plus. We will return. Best wings i have had in a long time. Lots of tvs and lots of drink selections.

My visits to Buffalo Wings and Rings in Greendale are always awesome. Great food, really cold beer at a reasonable price and tall glasses of ice water are all the best and then you have about 100 big screen TVs to keep up with all the sports.

The service was just ok. Nothing special. My wife had a chicken sandwich that she really enjoyed. I had wings that were not great. By the time they got to the table, they were soggy and not crispy at all. It was a mediocre experience overall.

This is a superb restaurant, which I would recommend to anyone. Their custom blue cheese is one of a kind and superior to all over dipping items for items. The service and staff are prompt and generous, weve always had a great time.

Always happy with the food. Service(maybe Bridget?) was terrific on a busy Friday Night this week. Once in a while the service is slow, but its been better of late. Kitchen should be a little faster than it is at lunch time.

This is my first experience at a Wings & Rings. Wings were amazing!! Must try: Tai chilli (go for the "hot" they arent too hot and youll come back for more!) and cucumber wasabi (excellent)! Service was acceptable.

Server was very friendly but the food was underwhelming. I ordered the Gyro and it was extremely dry and lacked flavor. I also ordered a side salad which came out warm and was not fresh. Great service, poor food.
