Open late on weekends (1am) and tons of seating in this 2 storied Skyline Chili. Came at around 11pm on a Friday night with my uncle. We were told to sit where we like. Our waitress was currently sweeping, so someone else came over and took our order. I ordered a greek salad (to share), a cheese coney, and a small 3 way. She smiled, said thanks, and walked away. My uncle was never able to order. Luckily, our real waitress walked over, apologized, took my Uncles order, and our drink orders (Waitress 1 had not done that either), and brought us oyster crackers. Our waitress was very sweet, attentive, and fast. My small 3 way came out as a Regular, which she told me would still be charged as a small. I always order Extreme Cheese, but had forgotten to tell her for the Cheese Coney - she ran back to the people behind the counter and made it right. She was awesome. The food itself was tasty as usual - cheese coney comes with mustard and onion optional. The 3 way was good & the Regular Greek Salad is enough for 2 people.

The 3 way was so so but what really bothered me was our waitress today July 17, 2016 was 17yr old Morgan. After I ordered I told her my menu was greasy and nasty and needed to be cleaned. I handed it to her. She opened it put it back on the table and said the people before me were really messy, getting hot sauce all over the table and she had cleaned it the best she could and walked off leaving it on the table. A typical example of a child who has not been shown how to take responsibility for not doing her job properly. Blame it on someone else. I think this store needs to do some re-training on cleaning. Not too sure Ill come back.

This was my first time eating at a Skyline outside of Cincinnati! Very happy with the service and impressed with how long the fries beneath my chili and cheese stayed crispy! It never got soggy, not even at the end. And Ive got to say its the fanciest looking Skyline Ive been in...I believe it had like a separate elevated dining room?! Interesting!

I went through drive thru tonight order two small three ways. I asked for hot sauce and napkins since this locations never gives napkins. Not only did I not get the napkins. We only got one fork and one bag of crackers. How are two people suppose to eat with one fork.

The service and food are equally wonderful! You are always welcomed as you enter. The last time we were their, I was using a walker because of hip surgery and a staff member held the door for me. I would give them a few more stars if possible.

Of course if youre visiting Cincinnati you need to try Skyline! This Skyline does have very friendly staff and the restaurant is very well kept and clean. The food is amazing, and taste just like it does at any great Skyline!

I love this place! They have some really good food and all the employees are friendly. The only thing I dont care for, but it wouldnt stop me from coming is its always very cold.
