Friday night around 5pm, it was quiet in a nice way. Ordered chefs choice sushi deluxe and was not dissappointed, quite good and fresh fish. Wife had hibachi scallops which were perfectly cooked (I managed to snag one) and she enjoyed the hibachi vegetables that came with. Only downside was getting the bill from another table, but quickly straightened out by our server, so no foul there.

The service was beyond bad, it was offensive. Downright rude from beginning to end. The waitresses could not have been more indifferent. The food was ok but hard to enjoy surrounded as we were by the soup and appetizer plates. The takeaway boxes were shoved in my face with the snotty comment, You wanted these? I will never go back.

The atmosphere was decent, a bit noisy from the hibachi side of the restaurant. The food Amazingly delicious. Miso soup and salad were good. The fried calamari was surprisingly good with the tempura batter. The Seafood teriyaki dinner plate we amazing. The Lobster tail Anne shrimp were cooked to perfection, just right.

Was horrible, We ordered takeout they said 15-20 minutes and we ended up waiting an hour at the restaurant. We left home 20 minutes after we ordered and ended up waiting 40 minutes. They even told us they were busy and there were 2 hibachi tables full and 1 non hibachi table.

The best Japanese sushi bar in Newport County. And they also have a hibachi table that offers entertainment as the chef prepares your dinner with utensil acrobatics and fire magic that both kids and adults enjoy.
