Wow! We are here in Kingman visiting family, the local family here suggested this restaurant and I must say its some of the best Chinese food my family and I have ever had! We dined in here on a cool Monday night 12/5/2016 and we were so surprised! We travel a lot and have had Chinese food in Chicago, China Town San Fran, China Town Houston, Las Vegas, LA, Dallas, NOLA, Florida, all over. Who knew the best was here in Kingman, AZ! This is a must have! The egg rolls (more like spring rolls) are not out of a box and are cooked to perfection! The ragoons are home made as well. I got the moo goo gai pan, kids got the General Tso, and the wife got garlic chicken. All of it was delicious! Take it from me, Im a foodie! Do yourself a favor and give this place a try! I read some negative feedback and dont understand how anyone who likes Chinese food could give this place less than 5 stars! Trust me, if youre reading this, dont read the one star reviews and pass this place up! Give it a shot and thank me later!

This was the first time Ventured to the outskirts of town for Chinese Food. Picked up To Go Lunch for Two. #1 Sweet & Sour Shrimp, steamed rice & Egg Flower Soup #2 Sweet & Sour pork, Fried Rice and Sweet & Sour Soup. Reasonable Lunch Price of. $6.95 each. Only to find out we were served garbage when I got home. Everything was OVER cooked and so dry we could not swallow it. Two different rices and two different soups and each one tasted the same. Both Rices were flavorless and so dried out they were crunchy. Both soups were pure greasy, oily and nasty neither one ha a sweet or sour taste. As for the Entree just much more of the same. The coating was soggy, the shrimp and the pork were so dried out NOT Even our dog would try to chew it. GROSS...WHAT A BIG WASTE OF MONEY This was a Friday and they must have been recycling that garbage from days ago. DINNERS BE WARNED

Restaurant was unwilling to change soup on lunch special to Wonton Soup. I even offered to pay $1.00 more. The $6.95 for the lunch special was excessive given the amount of food I received. I ordered carryout and the workers not very friendly. MIGHT SUGGEST ALLOWING CUSTOMER TO SUBSTITUTE AN EGG ROLL IN LIEU OF THE VERY LIMITED SOUP SELECTION (Only 2 soups to select from) We will not be back to Ruyi Express Chinese in Kingman, Arizona.

Went for lunch today. Didnt realize a new restaurant had gone into this location. It was clean and well decorated. Unlike another reviewer we had propmt service. The food was tasty...I wouldnt rate it as my favorite, but nothing to complain about either. The convenient location, quick service, and reasonably priced lunch special make it somewhere Ill keep in mind.

I ordered spare ribs and got some sort of deap fried pork meat the rest of the food i ordered was kind of bland not much for seasoning . when i called to see if the would correct the order i was told that was their spare ribs . and was not offered any sort of compensation of any kind . wont order from there agian.to be honest not even my dogs eould eat it.

This restaurant was a welcome sight for a couple of vegetarians traveling through the area. The Ruyi tofu dish was outstanding, and unlike any other tofu Ive had at asian restaurants. The spring rolls and boba tea were also a hit. We loved this gem of a restaurant so much that we made sure to stop again on our way back through the area a week later.

This is our fave Chinese place 2 eat in Kingman town! Pretty much get the usual thing cuz we gravitate towards what we like the most which is sweet n sour/orange chicken, beef n broccoli, fried rice, chow mein, veggie egg rolls n banana tea...yummy! Weve never had a problem. Customer service friendly n attentive. Keep up the good work! =-)

The worst place I have ever ate, talk about rude people, first mother and i were spoke too as if we had no clue how to speak english, then our order came out looked as if something had been cooked in a microwave, way over done and dry, plus the lady wouldnt even discount the check! I can not believe how far down this restaurant has gone.

Everything was delicious and the server was fast, accurate and friendly. The only thing I would change is the egg rolls. They used a rice or some other paste as a filler and it had just a tiny sprinkle of slivered vegetables and no flavor. The place is very clean, quiet background music and nicely decorated.

Horrible food!!! We ate there a few times to see if anything would change and nothing has. Their food just sucks. Not to mention they have heat lamps. The peope who own the restauran are very rude and their prices are very high for what theyre giving you. We wont be going back.

I absolutely, love this place!! We call in for delivery for 5 people and the food is always at our door in 20 minutes and still hot. We order usually ever Friday and great customer service always, over the phone or dining in. Its a must try and you wont be disappointed!!

Fast serve foods to customer and free WiFi included and nice diner room with Traffic and Mountain view closes to Route 66 Historic Downtown. Also provided Disability accommodation included Tv comes with Closed Caption i could go back to eat agian asap

Waiting 3 hours for my food then I call the and found out they did not even make the food i order so the food will not be here in tell about 10:30 at night when normal people are sleeping be 10:30 so I will not be ordering food from this place anymore

We called here because the reviews looked decent. I was sorely unimpressed. They got our order wrong. The shrimp we ordered was basically flavorless and the other food wasnt much better. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Great food. The Devil Chicken is very good, real sichuan pepper. The sauces are very different from a typical sauce you would find at another place, but still very good.

Stopped in for a light dinner while traveling through. The food was quick and tasty, Kung pao chicken with lots of fresh veggies was a much better meal than fast food

Pretty good place. Lunch special prices are killer. The only negative thing I can say is.... I got the teriyaki chicken and they give you a massive bed of onion.
