I have been going to this restaurant ever since it first opened . I believe this is probably the 3rd. family that is now running it. It has been 20 yrs that I have been ordering from this establishment. I think in all the years that I have complained once and this will be the second time. I ordered two Hunan Beef with pork fried rice which they charge an extra dollar for pork. The rice had no taste to it, the beef was like rubber and there was nothing even close to being hot and spicy like Hunan is suppose to be. The people are great, they get the food out quick, but tonite was not a good night. Sorry people, hate to complain but when you spend $30 and dont enjoy it and the food is not great, someone needs to know.

There have been multiple trips and experiences at Quality Chef, but this one really tells it all: I was getting off of work at 9:00pm (in Snellville, approx 1 hour and 1/2 away from Quality Chef) and Quality Chef closes at 10:00pm. I called in at like 9:15pm, asking what their hours were, and I told the guy it would be at least 10:30pm before I got there, so never mind my order. He said, " ill stay open for you " and waited until 10:45pm until my order was completed then immediately closed up shop. He didnt have to do that, and I appreciate that level of customer service. They have made a customer for life and I will support Quality Chef forever! Best Potstickers in the world BTW =D

The best takeout Chinese food Ive had in years! Ive met people for lunch in different cities... other restaurants are either terrible, or "not up to par" in comparison. If you think a specific dish is bad in one place...try the same dish at Quality Chef, and I guarantee it will be done right and you will change your mind about "The dish". Been going for 8 years, theyre great!

So, after finally trying this place, Ive decided I LOVE IT. They have the BEST cheese wontons/crab rangoon Ive ever had (and Ive tried several places). Their sesame chicken and wonton soup is good as well. They have someone who speaks very clear english to take orders over the phone too, so theres no misunderstanding. Great place!

This is one of the best chinese restaurants in paulding and have been coming here for years. The food is always delicious and the owners are very respectful. I would recommend the hot braised wings. Some of the best wings.

This place is always good. The guys a little short with you, but maybe because of a slight language barrier. His daughter usually takes the orders, but must stress food is Awesome. You will enjoy it!

Very good for what it is, a strip mall restaurant. I had shrimp egg fo young and it was quite tasty. Owners are friendly and the place is clean. Heath department score is 93 A. Ill be there again.
