I have to agree with some of the other comments here. The place makes cheesesteaks therefore I show up. However the staff make it a point to embarrass other employees and seem to have a mentality that the customers dont care what they say or do. It is a shame this establishment cant maintain a professional atmosphere otherwise I would eat here more often.

Like all Penn Stations, the sandwiches and fries are top notch. This location excels in customer service. Youre always greeted when you come in, and thanked for coming when you leave. The staff never acts like theyre rushed nor do they get impatient when you ponder the menu. This is my favorite Penn Station to go to hands down.

They did not make my sandwich right took it back made it wrong for the 2nd time. Then they did not even offer me a discount or anything. I think that was terrible. I did not eat the food why should I have to pay for it. Oh well...I will never go here again.

Great Service, Brian is always there when I come in for lunch with a friendly greeting. They start working on my Chicken Parm the way I liked it when they see my car in the parking lot.
