The food was cold before he got it to our table, the coffee was nothing but hot water, and none of the food had any flavoring. Very dissatisfied. The waiter did not even come to us unless we motioned for him, he brought us cold waffles the butter wouldnt melt on and no syrup until 5 minutes later when we finally got his attention. Waste of $22 for 2 people to eat a meal a piece.

ve eaten here a handful of times and every time our server looks high and the employees are always yelling and joking around to the point where its uncomfortable to eat there. I cant even have a conversation with the other person when eating there because the employees are so loud and disrespectful. Thats what i call a very unprofessional work environment.

Tonight we had a server named Lindsey and she was the sweetest, most attentive waitress I have ever had at a restaurant. She kept up with all of her tables in a very timely fashion, and also cared so much about how her customers were doing. She should definitely get a raise! Thank you again Lindsey!

Ive eaten hundreds of meals here. Stock WH from the greet to the eat. The wait staff works hard and the place has lots of customers. Sometimes parking is an issue. The shop is due for a refurb. If you know WH you wont be let down.

I work at another Waffle House and came here to help out. I love the store. Its very open and inviting. All the people were very nice and so were the customers. Id recommended this waffle house to anyone. Very pleasant.

Waitress "STACEY" is extremely rude and nasty. I have seen her there on several occasions always arguing and being hateful with customers. Not sure how she still has a job or manages to make any tips.

This Waffle House gets five stars because the staff made it fun!!! I will be eating here more often when I am in Lexington. Food was also cooked just right. Coffee cup kept full. Good service!
