Im a meat eater. I LOVE Five Guys burgers. However, my girlfriend is a vegetarian, and their veggie sandwich is really nothing more than a hamburger without the meat. How blah! Even Burger King has a better option using a black bean veggie burger. Its hard to believe, but my girlfriend actually likes Burger King better than Five Guys. How sad is that? Because of this, I have to go to Burger King when Id much rather go to Five Guys. That said, I have to rate this place "below average" simply because Burger King (whats more "average" than BK) is smart enough to offer vegetarian customers a decent option while their meat loving boyfriends chow down! Honestly, I dont get it. It just seems stupid that they cant do better, especially when black bean patties just need nuking for preparation. What could be simpler then that? And if they really want to be smart about this, they should offer a portobello mushroom sandwich. I know Five Guys is burger joint, but when they dont provide food for non-meateaters, they create a situation where it only takes one vegetarian in a group to steer that group to a restaurant the does have vegetarian fare. What they have now for vegetarians is NOT acceptable, and I REALLY want a Five Guys burger. I wonder if their management listens...

We used to come here all the time and brought our own buns. They would take our unopened package and toast them for us. One day the manager said they couldnt do that because of health violations. Thats fine, I understand. But I cant eat sesame seeds and they dont have any other buns. Im surprised they dont give you the choice between white or wheat. We go to Cheeseburger Bobbys now. The food is less expensive, better tasting, and they give you bun choices. I think about that manager all the time and Im grateful he didnt toast my bun that day. Thank you Five Guys <3

What have I been missing out on! First time eating at a five guys establishment and Im happy to say Im not disappointed! The friendliness of the staff was surprising but the burgers themselves, WOOOWWWW! The amount of fries you get with the order, which does have to be purchased separately, does not disappoint either. The overall experience, quality, friendliness, and cleanness of this location is phenomenal and I highly recommend it!

Overall, I love this franchise and generally this location is pretty good. Though I did go in one day for lunch about a year ago and their grills were down, which meant all they could make was fries and cold sandwiches - NO BURGERS AT A PLACE FAMOUS FOR THEM?! LOL, the staff was nice about it and hopefully it hasnt happened since.

Decent enough burgers. Not the best in the area by far- but good service and a VERY clean store. But, word of advice, if you wanna eat here have a friend drive you there and then circle the shopping center several times while you pick-up the burgers as you will NOT have a place to park.

I finally had the opportunity to try their burger. Im usually having a hot dog with all the trimmings. Good food. They ran out of ketchup in the large containers and quickly replaced when alerted. The Cajun fries were a little over the top for me, but the others liked them.

LOVE the burgers!! they take me back to the 50s and the drugstore burgers with incomparable flavor. and the fries are delicious..... just the way i like them - tasting of real potatoes and not too crispy. our guilty pleasure first choice!!!

This is how you do burgers, man! Quick, fast, fresh, cheap, delicious, and with a wide variety of extras. No need to EVER get more than one order of fries. The double cheeseburger with bacon. nuff said(mic drop).

Good food, good service, but I get almost no cell phone service while Im inside the restaurant. They need to install a signal booster inside or Wifi, because I couldnt do anything online which really annoyed me.

Mike was beyond awesome. I dont normally go into a burger place expecting much but he extremely helpful. Saw me with two toddlers and offered to refill my drinks brought our food over and was just awesome.

The food is awesome, but the price of the burgers are a little much and it take a while for your food to be ready. Other than thats five guys is amazing and I go there because the burgers taste wonderful

If you like overdone its okay, and if you get a freshly cooked burger it is edible, but I have been then when they served a not so fresh burger and those are awful. Skip the fries.

Literally my favorite burger joint! Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Doesnt break the bank. They stuff the bag full of fries, a large feeds 4 people! Im a raving fan.
