Ever since mnagement changed back in June, this places customer service has gone down the tube. I have been a regular customer there for a while now so I can absolutely see the change in the staff and service. What is the point in calling ahead if you get there and its not ready yet? This has happened three times this month. Most recently, I called at noon for two sandwiches and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at 12:19 and the guy at the window said "Just a minute ..." - ten minutes later I rang the bell at the window again and the guy working there was surprised to see me sitting there still. He opened the window and said, "were really busy its going to be a few more minutes" I proceeded to tell him that I preordered and it has now been 30 minutes since my order. He said, "im not the one cooking it." TERRIBLE. Why hadnt they made my order? Again? Three times this month trying to get a sandwich which they say will be ready in 15-20 minutes and its still another 10 minutes once I arrive. And no one working there ever knows what is going on. Now Ill just have to go to the other store thats out of my way because they never disappoint and they always have my sandwich ready when I arrive. They need to figure out a better system or something for their pick up orders. The wait and the excuses and the terrible service is annoying and unacceptable. They just lost a customer.

Im not happy with this ilocation employees !! I tried calling for over a hour , obviously phone off the hook. } So I could not call my order in and use their drive thru I had to walk in not really digging that because Ive been doing yard work all day and the overly friendly young gentleman when I mentioned your phone must be off the hook he looked at me and just smiled before taking my order I mentioned to him as I walked out of there after getting my order they want to put that phone back on the hook and leave it on there he had a smart remark and I told him itd be bad for reviews so he was the review thats it hopefully the hoagies good when I get home that way I can forget about this place} or I should say this location I cant wait to get back home to Amelia Ohio that Penn Station out there rocks

I always love to go to Penn Station but this location is one of the fastest serving locations. I tend to go here during lunch hours and they make sure to bring you your food quick, with a purpose. Also, if they see that you are done eating (if you are dining in), they will ask you if you would like them to take your trash and tray. The staff also walks the floor to see how everyone is doing, making sure you are enjoying the visit. This is not expected but the staff always does this here and it is nice to see customer service like this at a fast food restaurant.

My sandwich was bland and nasty. I eat pennstation all the time and ive never experience such poor food. I called and explained to the manager how I was unhappy with the food. He explained that he made it and that he did nothing wrong, but tasting the sand which he clearing didnt put any seasoning on it. Long story short he never offered to accommodate me in no way and thats just poor customer service. I will not place another order at this location. Customer service is poor and the food is too.

This is the worst Penn station. It is filthy on the inside. All pop machines were down . The receipt machine was down. The lemonade container had not appeared to have been cleaned since this building was built. All booths were dirty. Ordered 8 inch sub got 6 inch subs. Order extra meat got less than normal meet. Overall terrible experience. Will never return here, and may be informing the health department.

The crew re fried my fries. I heard him say let me drop you some fries, then he took the old fries out of the pan and put them in the fryer. I just thought he was putting them in there to throw them out but he dropped them back in the fryer. Apparently when I got my drink he dumped them and gave them to me

Wow! Again, I am surprise to see such a low rating for this restaurant. The food is good, but the wait is LONG. For such a bad rating a lot of people still come here for lunch.
