Saw Tom & Chee on the TV Show Shark Tank and really looked forward to trying one of their sandwitches. Suppose to be the best Grilled Cheese Sandwitch in the market, a real gourmet treat. It didnt live up to the hype. Two slices of bread, a thin slice of cheese and a thin slice of roast beef with some chips shoved into the mix. I didnt even taste the cheese? Very disappointing. I make a much better sandwitch at home. And for $5.50 it is not a good value. On the way back to the hotel I stopped in at SUBWAY and bought a $5.00 footlong. Better sandwitch.....better value. So Sad.......

Omg this is the best! I been wanting to try this for sooo long, I finally went today and had the bbQ bacon grilled cheese it was like heaven! It loses a star for service because I asked a lady if they were sold in halfs, she tells me yes... Then I order my food and the same lady tell the cashier I can only get half with a soup... Ok she should have told me that when I asked you.... I guess cuz shes older she might have got confused... But nevertheless the food was outstanding! The service was fast! And the cashier was very friendly!

I was working down the street and ordered the blue cheese chili. The counter people sneered at my cornstarch clothes. I tipped a dollar and was told it would be 10 min. So I went across the hall to Dunkin a got a sandwich. 10 min they said no order ready wo lookin, but a new girl looked uneasy so I asked her and she pulled out a bag, my order. The assist manager and trainee. Still body checked me. The Chile was pedestrian, everything in it,small. And the taste bleh. This was 2 years ago and I will never go there again.

Today, November 12th, was my second visit to Tom + Chee. Both times have been absolutely incredible. I opted to get the Grilled Mac + Chee meal on each occasion. The service I received was marvelous even considering it was lunch time downtown. I highly recommend trying this place out if you have not visited them before. If you have, then you know just how good it is. Keep up the good work, Ill definitely be coming back.

Who knew a griddled cheese sandwich could taste soo good? The Hip Chee with hummus is good, but a bit light for comfort food. I prefer the Swiss Shroom for its buttery cheese and earthy mushroom flavors. Both the hearty and smooth tomato basil soups are great, deep flavor without an overly sweet taste. Save room for the grilled donut and cheese. Just dont blame me if you wake up at 2am craving another one.

Delicious food for a great price. Small to medium portion sizes but prices are so reasonable you can buy more if youre still hungry. I liked the small portions because I could try more. Best Mac and cheese, tomato soup and grilled cheese Ive ever tasted. The pick your flavor coke machine is a great surprise. Would highly recommend this for lunch.

I want to give them a good review, I really do but good god every single time Ive ordered from the Cinci location they mess something up, its just a waste of money and Im sick of it. The real problem is that the Newport location is hardly ever available on OrderUp so theres no choice. Do yourself a favor and go over to Newport instead

Tom & Chee is alright but is definitely overhyped. Theres no doubt their sandwiches are tasty but they are expensive as well. I did try a chipotle cole slaw there that I really enjoyed, but that was a little pricey as well. Theres definitely a cult following in Cincinnati but popular, in this case, does not equal great.

Took our boys to the newport aquarium and thought their food prices were too high so we went out side and seen Tom+chee......OMG!!! The best sandwich Ive ever had:-) All of our boys loved it!! We live in Newark, Ohio and I only wish we had one around here.....I would probably gain a ton from eating their daily lol!!

Grown-up take on a childhood favorite. Get a taste of Cincinnati pride with the Flying Pig (because you cant go wrong with bacon and chicken) or satisfy your inner Italian with a Margherita themed grilled cheese with pesto and mozzarella. Gooey, greasy gluttony at its finest.

AMAZING is the only word to describe this little diamond in the rough! The staff was awesome and very helpful for this first timer. You must try the Armageotta...it has incredible flavor if you like spicy and was featured on Man VS Food. A definite must for a Cinci trip!

I love Tom & Chee. Very good food and nice atmosphere. I love they always have different types of grill cheese also, or you can have a custom one. Also try the Mac N cheese so good!! 4 stars for closing at 6:00! I havent tried the grill cheese donut yet but its on my list!!

Amazing food, wonderful selection of grilled cheeses and amazing staff. Best dining experience Ive had in ages. I will come back to this site specifically for the staff, they are courteous and go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Fantastic.

I think Tom+Chee is my new favorite place to eat! Every time I go I get something new, and Ive yet to be disappointed. The food is so tasty and so cheap! After tax its only $5.30 for a sandwich and a bowl of soup. Plus, the staff is totally awesome.

Grilled cheese, but with options. Premium ingredients and healthy options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bright store front with great atmosphere. Perfect location in the CBD, easy to access for a lot of downtowns work force. Will go back.

Great food, the worst take out service. I went there for lunch it took almost 30 minutes to get my food and I didnt even get to eat it on my lunch break because it took so long to get it. Im never going back to this location again.

Customer service was excellent. The guy at the register with the tattoos was very concerned that each customer was happy and satisfied. The food was insanely delicious.. Not for dieters AT ALL! Keep up the good work and the good food

What restaurant closes at 6pm? Ridiculous . This location is open from 10am to 6pm.... Not very convenient when u want to eat dinner. Will never go back to this one. Ill cross the river to visit the Newport location.

A local chain gone nationwide, a great place for quick sandwich and soup. Their recent menu revamp got rid of some of th better customization options, but still an excellent choice for fast, good food.

Had the spicy grilled cheese and pepperoni and a side of chili w blue cheese crumbles. Needless to say, Im full. Definitely a nice quick lunch spot downtown near the courts and Kroger HQ

These people can make practically ANY kind of grilled cheese...and they all taste DELICIOUS!! Also, excellent customer service and reasonable prices. I would suggest it to anybody!
