I frequent this location every Thursday with another mom. I have yet to have a positive experience here. Last Thursday our server Charles never came to our table food was over charged and when asked to correct excuses were made when asked another server to speak to manger she proceed to tell Charles who then approached us and was rude. Then while needing to place an order to go he was too busy watching basketball in the bar area when manger came and told what was going on nothing was done no apologies or anything. So my mistake was coming back today when being seated asked for a booth. Greeter Sarah was rude about it when I walked to restroom walked out to her talking about myself and the other mom at the table we have been here for 20 mins and just now met our server. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location where the staff and management it so rude that you have the most miserable experiences ever. Like I said it was my mistake for returning to this location. Will not be doing that again or any other for that matter. Food is always wrong and cold and excuses are always given. Very disappointing that this is always miserable experience.

Went to the bar. Waited with three people behind bar doing nothing and finally someone asked what they could do for me and I got the menu. Waited and they asked what I wanted. Ordered drink got drink. Looked at menu. Waited waited. Finally was beginning to tell guy what I wanted I said Ill take Salad for now and.......but before I could say another world. Guy walks off and gets wine comes back plots said wine and still doesnt even look my way. I said out loud. I know that guy just didnt walk away from me while he was taking my order. Other guy standing back there said oh he had to go get some wine. I said I dont care what he had to get. You dont walk away from me while taking my order and not say anything to me. I asked for my tab and while I was waiting for tab I heard another employee telling my rude waited about another employee eating two tortellini a off another customers plate before serving it to them. OMG. Dont go here. I told the manager. He just looked like a deer in headlights and really said nothing except they dont encourage that.

If youre going to place a to go order from this Olive Garden word of advice is for you is for you to go in there and make sure that everything is right , I made the mistake of using Uber eats to place a order from them that cost well over $40 and hardly got my food , The portions were really small, I barely got any chicken which I know wasnt right. I used to eat there all the time and they usually take good care of their customers as well as the portions that they provide you with , I called this Olive Garden around 6pm 10/29/16 and asked to speak to a manager. I was on hold for over five minutes just to talk to a manager and basically told me that I will have to go through Uber eats. uber eats didnt make the mistake you guys did , that wasnt right or was it fair , im writing this review to inform others to beware and ensure the fact that the same mistake that happened to me doesnt happened to them , I wouldnt be returning or would I recommend this Olive Garden to others

I pre ordered my dinner to go. When I arrived I was told to go to the bar. Once there I waited a substantial amount of time to be acknowledged. When I received my food it was not closed properly and spilled inside of my bag. I asked for more sauce to compensate the spilage and was repeatedly given the wrong sauce. Im not sure why the sauce on my pasta was white but the sauce they kept trying to give me was orange/red. After waiting 45 minutes I had to cancel my entire order to return to work. The lady sitting next to me at the bar was also waiting for them to fix the mistakes they made during her own dining experience. I dont know whats going on in that store but they need to fix it! I had not dined at olive garden in a year before today and I am dissapointed with the result. Im sure it will be MUCH longer than a year before I return.. if ever.

The wait was long but it was expected. We were a party of twelve and it was a Sunday evening. The staff were friendly but that was also expected. Having previously worked in a similar field I understand its force a smile or get fired. The only downside i saw was the price I honestly feel its overpriced. This is coming from a broke highschool student making a few bucks from a part time job. If you have the money to spend freely the prices are fair. The food was ridiculously hot servers were handling the plates with their bare hands. Shout out goes to our servers hard working and clearly tired. Get some rest you guys. -Giovanni

If you like your food bland, tasteless and rubbery, then THIS is the place for you. Long wait times, bad service and high prices your thing? Then come on down to the poorest excuse for an Italian restaurant in the Southeast. All the meals they brought us looked and tasted as if they were under a warming tray for a VERY long time.They brought my wife a completely different meal that what she ordered and we sent it back. When the bill came, they had charged us for both the incorrect meal AND the correct meal. REALLY? Getting the correct bill took another 15 minutes. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANOTHER OLIVE GARDEN AGAIN.

I have been to a lot of Oliver gardens, but this is the worst experience I have had in one. The food was great but the service was awful. I sat at the bar for 10 minutes before even greeted. When I was able to finally order an appetizer I had no silver ware to eat with. The young lady be hind the bar was to busy talking to the other bartender about her personal business. The gentleman bartender didnt greet any one who was at the bar. There was a father and son there next to me that got even worse service. This is not the service I am use to seeing from Olive Garden.

The service was terrible. The waitress was rushing rushing everything. Got one order wrong. My mom ordered chicken fritta asked her if that was that going to be crispy chicken pieces on top it turned out to be sliced chicken parmesan big disappointment. Ordered cheesecake she packed it to go. Just felt like we were not wanted tonight. Also the bathroom was a mess pee on toilets all over the floor paper all over the floor papers towels everywhere. Big disappointment.

Bad, Bad Service! Food was terrible. Not friendly to children. Waiter ignored us while we tried to order our food. Manager was mean to us. Waiter laughed at me for asking for extra shredded cheese on my Lasagna. There were a few brown roaches that climbed on my wife while she was eating and management thought it was funny. Yuck! Waiter told us food is either canned or prepackaged. Waiter said food is only fresh out of oven, pot or pan.
