Placed an online order for a meeting with clients. When picking up the order they tried to charge us a second time. They didnt have the order ready and after they bagged it up and handing me the bag I asked where the drinks we ordered were. They said they didnt know there were drinks on the order and I told them what the drinks were and what size. The manager chided one of the employees for not telling her there were drinks on the order, then proceeded to hand me cups to get the drinks myself. When arriving back at the office and unpacking the order to give to each client we discovered they did not include the chips that were ordered and paid for. When calling to ask for a refund we were told we cant expect to place an online order and pick it up as soon as they open and they refused to refund the money for the missing chips claiming they couldnt process a refund over the phone. In actuality the order wasnt to be picked up as soon as they opened and was pushed back by their website to a time that would allow the store ample time to prepare the order. If its not possible to pick up an order at a certain time then the option should not be available online. They rudely stated that its not their job to prepare drinks or include chips and that we should have done that ourselves. Their website allows entire orders to be placed online, drinks and chips included, to be picked up at a specified time. Not sure how a company expects to stay in business with the type of service we received. Not only were we charged for items we did not receive and were refused a refund, but their error made our company look bad to our clients.

As a Google local guide, I try to give every place at least 2 shots if the first visit was disappointing. This particular firehouse is staffed like most chain franchises in the area, with a lot of young people and college kids. The 3 times Ive eaten here Ive always gotten my food in 5-10 minutes, it was hot a delicious. And the service was friendly enough. They typically arent WOW in their attitude, but they arent rude, either. Today, it started to get to me that nobody walks the dining room checking on customers eating in, and the place reeked of burnt something. In addition there was a cloud of smoke that actually accumulated on my glasses. This was not Steam. They steam their sandwiches, but steam dissipates. Smoke stinks. This cloud was rank. So I cant give 5 stars as the service is consistently just okay, never seemingly interested in their business, and today eating in a smokey dining room while some odd talk show called the Dan Lebatard Show played on the TVs and bored everyone to tears. But the meatball sub was so good, it was worth 4 stars. Ill eat here again, as their crew will likely change over time and at least the food has been consistently good.

I am not a huge fan of the owner/manager of this place. The subs have always been fine but the management has no sense of customer service/awareness. I went up to this location this afternoon and ordered my sub. The lady at the cashier was very nice and competent but the manager insisted on butting in and answering my questions about a certain sub. Then as Im waiting I overhear him complaining to another customer on how slow it is and how he never gets his bonus and blames the owners "penny pinching" on advertising. Hate to tell you this Mr Manager but you are off you rocker. I am in the industry and the current restaurant I am established with doesnt do a lick of paid marketing. All their marketing is done through free services such as Facebook and Yelp. I have a feeling the reason this place is so slow is because of the lack of leadership and looking at the reviews I am absolutely right. I will probably go back since I like the subs but the management is horrible.

Amazing subs are what kept me coming back. The location on Barrett closed so this was my first experience at this location. Cashier extremely rude I came up she said give me a minute. Took about 5 minutes. After seeing my frustration on my face finally started taking my order and says "what do you want" I had 3 subs to order tried to cash me out after my first sub without asking if I needed any additional items. Forgot to give me my cup for the meal and was irritated I asked for it as if I hadnt paid for it. Subs took 20 minutes to make. The girl making the subs did apologize for the wait. However with only 2 customers in their eating area which already had their food I think the wait was a bit ridiculous. All in all spent 30 minutes here will not be returning.

The customer service at the firehouse location on Chastain rd in Kennesaw sucks! I order a sub that was made wrong about a month or two months ago and I called to tell them they made it wrong as soon as I noticed the mistake...and the manager at that time took my name down and said they will give me a free sub for the mistake...now I call to receive the sub and no ones seems to remember me and the male manager had a very bad tone and attitude about this situation...telling me I shouldve called right then(which I did) and was real mean and nasty about it... for that attitude...I will NEVER eat at the KENNESAW FIREHOUSE SUB LOCATION

You can tell that this location is under new management. The store is clean, and the employees are helpful and willing to help customers get in and out during their lunch breaks. I have read most of the reviews on this location and they are almost all poor but from over a year ago. I have been in there a few times over the past couple of months and everyone is always pleasant and serve me excellent food every time. I will definitely keep coming back.

The manager Bryan Pate is the most disrespectful manager out there. Hes rude, overbearing, and I overheard him talking badly about another female customer who was in the store the same time I was. And this guy is a manager?? Its no wonder you dont get your bonuses, you dont deserve them!!! I only go this location when that jerk isnt there! I love the food here, but DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!!!

OH MY GOD SO SLOW! The employees spend the entire time talking and after 30 min of me waiting, they realized they forgot to make mine. Then they rushed and made the wrong one. Defineitely never coming back when I only have an hour. It shouldnt take a hour to make one sandwich when Im one of 3 customers there.

Very disappointed , got my order really late. The three employees were talking and laughing and making everything in a slow process i was the first in order and I got my subs after everybody else This is the second time seeing lack of urgency I wont come here anymore I would rather to go to subway

Recently came in here & it took over an hour. After an hour of waiting I told the MOD that I would need to come back later to pick up my food and she refused. If youre on a time crunch, pick somewhere else!
