The counters were all messy and had garbage all over them by the pop machine. There was a younger guy "cleaning up" the tables and floors and he just skimmed the tables with the same dry towel , they were filthy. The girl who took my order I guess didnt put what I asked for on my order as i didnt receive a topping. Wouldnt be a big deal but its the only thing i get on my burger. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice. Also the kid sweeping decided that I was in the way and just swept behind me and on my feet while I waited for my food. Ive never been to a five guys and had An experience like this.

Being from California, where In-n-Out Burgers are considered the top, I was looking for a solid burger experience. This place did not disappoint, possibly even beating out In-n-Out due to their awesome french fries. They offer free peanuts while you wait (serve-yourself) and have hot dogs on the menu too. I will be back as often as possible while on the east coast. Id give this a 4.5 stars if possible. In-n-Out has some serious competition if Five Guys ever makes it to the west coast.

It had been a while since our family had been here due to our last few visits. Im glad we came back! The food and service quality is back to where it used to be when it first opened! Larger portions: even the "little" fry is big enough to share. Great selection: burger, cheeseburger 1 patty or two, various hotdogs and sandwiches too. Pick your pleasure! Love it!

I have eaten at a number of 5 guys, and as long as you stick to the burgers youre ok. I ordered a "veggie" burger to see how that was, and all they served as lettuce, ketchup, and mustard. I called to inquire about the patty, which is what most places serve, and Amber said "thats it, sorry". Shouldnt go to 5 guys for a veggie anything, but still...

WOW....customer service was impressive! True hospitality from the entire staff. The burgers and fries were excellent too btw...great ratio on the burgers, toppings and bun. You all are doing it right!

The worst location Ive ever experienced. My fries were extremely undercooked and swimming in grease. The bag was so greasy that it was tearing. The manager Omar, or employee Michael could care less.

Our whole family loves Five Guys, but this location is by far the best. Great employees who seem happy to be there, and the manager always goes out of his way to make sure were happy.

Overpriced! Unoriginal for the price. There is no wow I need to come back. Soggy fries and your typical cheeseburger. Staff more concerned about social hour.

Burger was GREAT! Fries were TERRIBLE (kind of orange-colored and a little burnt). This was only from one experience.
