My first time in a Vietnamese Restaurant. I knew I wanted some Pho ("Phuh") and told the server this was my first time to order it. He suggested the Pho Tai and I got a big bowl of it. The four servers worked as a team. Out came a plate with bean sprouts, basel leaves on the stem, sliced jalapeno peppers and what looked like finely quartered limes along with plenty of napkins, special spoon, heavy chop sticks and a fork. I was told that I could experiment with the stuff on the side plate and mix them in to the main bowl to suit my taste. He told me all about the Rooster sauce, the fish sauce, the hoison sauce. As I started adding stuff to my bowl of Pho, a couple of folks checked out. Two of the servers immediately approached the tables and together had them ready in just a minute or so. I was impressed that they sprayed down the table as a final step before finishing (rather than just a wet towel you see many places.) I ended up adding all of the basil leaves, all of the sliced jalapenos, and experimented with the Rooster sauce until I got it hot like I want it. I barely used any of the bean sprouts. I dont think a soup-type dish should crunch in your mouth. This was a great first experience/exposure to "Pho".

My tho is the type of place you secretly hold onto so that you can be the go-to person as a foodie to your friends and family: a true hidden gem. From the time you walk in, there are smiles on the faces of the staff. You feel at home. From the Bahn Mi to the Beef Stew, the Pho to the specialty drinks; everything is made with love and consideration. If you call ahead everything possible is done to make your experience amazing. It is romantic in the fact that the atmosphere is intimate, you feel like youre eating at a relatives. It is cash only, but it only makes the experience authentic, you feel as though youre truly helping a local establishment! If you order To-Go, your food will be ready in ~5 minutes average. Not just ready, but a display! Every meal is packaged ready with all the sauces, sides, and utensils needed. Every time. In fact, every time your service is guaranteed, its not often you can say that. I cannot stress enough how consistent and amazing the service is! Want to blow the cover off a true local gem? Check out My Tho.

Just stopped by for a quick in and out bowl of Pho! Good stuff, def one of the best midwest places I have been too yet, comparing to Pho in Texas and Cali. I will go again. p.s.-dont let the whole in wall atmosphere fool you...its all good stuff. I recommend the XL bowl for a decent large size. Bryan Pena - Corpus Christi, TX

Wonderful pho! Flavour is so good, topping is generous, and food comes very quickly! Service was so good too, very friendly! They seem to specialize in pho, but theres Bhan mi. No desert offered here, which is fine for me. One thing to remember is to have your cash handy, they are cash only restaurant!

Most non-locals will mostly like drive by this place without a second look. The facade is not going to win any awards, however the noodle soup is something else. Been going to the place for the last 10 years and the Hu Tieu Mi is probably the best in town. Their other soups are also a crowd-pleaser.

Truly a hidden gem. Dont judge it by its simple exterior, because My Tho (pronounced "me tauw") is delightful. Fast service, delicious Pho, great prices. And its so close to Nifty Nut House, I can get lunch and then go shopping for snacks! Only one drawback: if you like boba tea, they dont have it.

Ive had the pleasure of trying Pho in many restaurants in Wichita and around the country. None of them can compare with My Tho and the quality of their Pho/Bánh mì. Go try it and taste for yourself. Great service, clean environment with acceptable prices all provide an unbeatable experience.

The pho was delightful. I can tell it was simmered for a long time by appearance. The price was affordable which is always good for dining on a budget. They only take cash, so be prepared. Next time Ill have to try their banh mi. The bread there had a good flavor.

Small menu selection, but this place has the best Pho and Bahn Mi sandwiches. Love the fresh buttered French bread to dip in my noodle soup. Friendly staff makes this a great place. Only one other drawback. They only take cash. Dont forget to bring some!

Has a very limited menu unlike other Vietnamese restaurants but it has the best phở in Wichita! Also, has one of the best bánh mi sandwich that got featured on the Food Network magazine! And the service is always nice and courteous. Cash only, though.

My favorite pho. Dont forget to bring cash, and your appetite. Very good portions, excellent value, and the best pho in town. The service is fast, courteous, and always helpful, especially if you are new to this particular side of Vietnamese cuisine.

Best restaurant in the city, family owned and run. Most professional and sincere too! As a life long restaurant professional following father and grandfather in the business, must give My Tho the recommendation as best restaurant in Wichita

I didnt expect to find Vietnamese food in Wichita, let along good Vietnamese food, but this place was legit. The pho was on point, just like home in SF. Vietnamese coffee is a must! Definitely THE place for Vietnamese food here!

Only Pho, stew and Banh Mi. No vermicelli salads, rice dishes or anything else really. They also ran out of basil for the pho. Restaurant was virtually empty. Food was decent, but menu is extremely limited. Cash only, no cards.

Probably the worst pho and sandwich I have had In my life. Basil was not fresh, so makes you wonder what other things are not fresh as well. Thai tea comes in a bottle. Oh, and cash only.

Absolutely phenomenal beef pho, with no frills and amazing prices under 10 bucks! Cash only keeps prices down, and thats a minor setback Im willing to head to the ATM for ahead of time!

Pho is a common noodle soup you can find anywhere, but My Tho served the best dry noodle which we would eat at least twice a month. Best when they also have a fresh Thai chilis

We loved the Pho from this place! All staffs including the owner were very friendly! Only downside is that they only accept cash. Good thing we had some cash with us.
