Worst meal ever cold food on buffet table on a weekend . Ribeye was ice cold next pan was Extra Rare frig legs were ice cold and greasy. Watched a " cook" change a dozen or so pans without usubg a gkive another cleaned the kitchebn door then brought out a pan no gloves. Ask for a manager All she could say you pay asked for discount you full price. Then treated to call police what customer service I have been a customer if Summer Palace since 2000 or so Not ever will I return.

My overall experience was terrible. Ill just start off with the service. Service was somewhat good, though I could barely make out what they were saying. As for the food, it was disgusting. The "chicken broccoli" was most likely the reason for my sickness. When I was finished eating, I saw that most of the leftover chicken was raw! I am now most likely under the effects of food poisoning. If I get the chance, I swear I will sue this restaurant!

Best Asian buffet anywhere! All dishes are perfectly prepared with the right textures, seasoning, and appearance. We love the fresh crab, oysters, mussels, multiple shrimp dishes, great vegetables-garlic green beans, sauteed zuccini, spinach pastry, garden salad. I like the tapioca pudding, almond cookies, and the soft serve ice cream to finish the meal.

Tried this place based on the reviews here. Overall not very good. Just about everything I tried was barely warm. The exception was an egg roll which had recently been put out. It was hot, but dripping in oil. Service awful. Dirty/empty plates werent removed from my table and just accumulated. Not a great experience.

Summer Palace was horrible, I became very sick after eating there and had to miss a day of work. The food was cold, the floor was dirty, and the silverware all had food stuck to them. This was a very disappointing experience, I would NEVER go back.

I love the service at Summer Palace. That may seem an odd thing to say at a Buffet, but the wait staff recognize and remember us, and have been very kind to our children. Its made us feel very welcome there.

Food was terrible and service was even worse. Employees were rude! Our food was cold and our dishes were dirty. When we complained the cashier laughed at us. Didnt offer as much as an apology.

Cant go wrong with Summer Palace. Unless youre afraid of buffets... Then they cant help you. Great food, nice atmosphere, cool LED sparkly galloping horsey picture. Good sushi. Great egg drop.

Very friendly service. Wait staff never lets your drink empty. If you dont see your favorite food in the buffet, just ask they will be happy to prepare it for you! And the girls are cute too!
