Services both excellent & authentic Japanese & Taiwanese food managed by having a Taiwanese lady chef & a separate Japanese chef as well as 2 dedicated sushi makers on staff. I went Sunday 8pm 3 weeks ago & ordered off only the Taiwanese small/street food menu: fried tofu squares, fried oyster pancake, fresh bamboo shoots in vinegar, green vegetables (translation eludes me) in garlic & 1 other item (forgot). This Taiwanese menu is a real delight as central NJ offers really no such menu closer than Flushing, Queens. All 3 were delicious with special mentions to the cakes sauce (the key ingredient) & the tofus freshness. The lady chef was nice enough to come out to greet us. Serving staff is very understanding even at this late hour. I encourage you to eat here for all the reasons I experienced.

I came to this place because they advertised Taiwanese food. My family is Taiwanese and my wife is Taiwanese, but we did not get a flood of memories of the Taiwan night markets when we ate the food. What a disappointment! This places Taiwanese dishes are not authentic at all. For example, their Taiwanese chicken nuggets came with cilantro. The real thing comes with basil that has been deep fried with the chicken. Not to mention that the taste is totally off. (Wheres the five spice and white pepper salt?) We tried 3 of their "Taiwanese" dishes and none of them had that authentic taste. The ramen is passable, but far from what youd expect from authentic Japanese. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is clean.

A great place with a great staff who work hard to make you happy and enjoy your meal. It may not look like much from the outside, but ever since my friend took my here a fews back, this is where my friends and I go for lunch/dinner whenever we can, be it that we stay or order take out. The seaweed salad sushi roll is my go to roll, honestly the best! Being away at college makes me crave this place so much more, but when my friends and I meet up at breaks, you can bet youll find us here. There is a variety of dishes to choose from and its a nice, quaint, peaceful little restaurant with excellent quality food. I even prefer it over Sushi O thats few blocks away. Please try this place out!

As a Taiwanese, coming from a family thats very into culinary art, and not a bad cook myself, Im sorry to say that this restaurant is beyond disappointment. Ive tried this restaurant twice, second time being that I forgot about how disappointed I was the first time, I ordered typical Taiwanese food each time, and they are not right, not authentic, taste bad, and even my husband who is not Taiwanese but has been to Taiwan many times feels their food is not good at all.

The food is tasty here if you are not biased by what it claims "Taiwanese" dishes. The price is reasonable and the service is good IMHO. My most impressive order was the "Ramen". Its delicious and really close to Taiwanese "雜菜麵". Not a Tonkotsu Ramen at all!! Dont limit your taste bud to "Taiwanese cuisine" and youll have a good meal here!!

Great prices, typically has great quality, and the food is usually ready in a timely manner. Staff is always courteous. Wasnt sure if I would feel welcome in a fairly predominantly asian patroned establishment and being white (it happens), but I always enjoy coming in for sushi and noodles and leave satisfied with my purchase.

By far the best ramen of my life! Cute little hole in the wall thats seriously underestimated. The servers are a little slow but always curtious and mindful of your needs. Will always be coming back for their wide assortments of ramen.

The beef noodle soup has no taste! Broth was so bland and beef was all fatty and they gave us like 2 small pieces. The name does not justify the taste of food they serve. It was a waste of money and time to go here.
