Second time in two days in a row and he girl at the counter was irritable and rude. I didnt answer right away when she called my order out and instead of politely repeating herself she says "Hello?!" I asked for a handle bag when she only handed me a paper one and she got mad and didnt do it, the guy next to her did, no one greeted me upon walking in, the guy that answered could have had better customer service skills. I would cal and complain, but I dont think anything would get done. Food is decent but there are plenty of other Chinese places that will be polite when they give you your stuff.

This place is one that makes you remember why you love all those little hole in the wall places everywhere. Even if you only go once a year they always remember you. I often end up here like two minutes before close and everything is already cleaned up and they are so happy to pull everything out just for my one order. Even if they arent theyll sure make you feel like they are. I love that. They put you in the best mood just by rubbing off on you.

FOOD IS DELICIOUS! I LIKE THEIR: SINGAPORE RICE NOODLES, SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN, GENERAL TSOS CHICKEN, AND ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEIR CRAB RAGOONS(:If you are new to trying this restaurant, and are skeptical I would recommend eating during their lunch special 11:00-3:30p.m. You get A LOT of food for $5.75: Your entree you order + pork fried rice or white rice+ 2 crab ragoons + medium soft drink!

I love the quality of the food, and the size of the menu. I know this is a chain but I still love the food, and am always satisfied. At this location, when Im waiting for carryout I can watch the food being prepared because the kitchen is right behind the counter. Kudos to the chefs and staff for maintaining high quality ingredients and product!

Decent food. Their chicken fried rice is edible, but it is very bland. I put some flavor in it with duck sauce, soy sauce and sriracha. I used to come here once a week over the last few years, but last time was THE last time. After eating most of my meal, I found various pieces of cockroach in my rice. Legs, wings and unknown parts.

The food is the same as other Great Walls in Wichita, service is fine. Do not try to order online as they only accept calls and walk-ins for pickup. And whatever you do, ALWAYS call in an order. Otherwise on busy nights it takes forever to get your food.

The best Great Wall in Wichita! Honestly I have tried them all and this one has the freshest food, least wait, and gives more food for the same price. Only thing I wish is that they did delivery but its definitely worth the drive!

Absolutely delicious. Best crab rangoon Ive ever had and they still have crab rangoon instead of cream cheese. General Tsos chicken is my favorite. Good amount for the price too. Stopping by tonight for more.
