I just got back from this location. I went through the drive through, ordered sweet & sour chicken and orange chicken. When I got home & opened it up, the chicken was so try it was like jerky. No sauce on it...the veggies from the sweet & sour chicken were literally dry to the point of withered like freeze dried vegetables. I called to complain and they told me they were sorry I had a bad experience. No desire to make it right...no nothing. In this bad economy, this kind of nonsense is why companies fold. I hope they realize this is coming when they do, as you cant deliver substandard (even to their low standards) product, treat your customers badly, and then expect to continue to sell it.

Deserves 0 stars. Absolutely disappointed. At the drive through, the young kid couldnt get our order right and was short and rude. Weve been sitting behind the car at the window for 10 minutes before they got their drinks. 15 minutes after we place our order (only one car in front of us), we get up to the window for them to tell us they have "scraps" left...with 30 minutes until closing. Didnt offer to cook more food or anything. Told them to cancel our order and the guy and the window was rude. The Panda Express near bell street is so much better. I will NEVER come to this location again.

There is a horrible lady that runs the drive thru window that is rude every time we go. I have tried to just avoid her and started going in. Tonight we decided to eat there. She was upset at another coworker and was apparently unable to watch her language. My three year old heard and saw the entire rant. Very disappointed!! If my daughter didnt love eating there i would just avoid the place all together. I did notice a few other patrons leave irritated as well.

My wife just left there. Ordered at 4:44 got our order at 5:09. After I called and asked what was going on they gave us a free egg roll. They should have given us our food for free. Person who answered the phone was rude and condescending. Told me I had the option of eating somewhere else if the wait was too long. I sure do have that option. And will be using it in the future. I bet the owner didnt tell her to say that when someone calls with a complaint.

Sooo many cry babies in the town of Cedar park. Ive gone 2 times a month for a few years never had an issue, my orders are simple. And different everytime. Service is great, yeah the wait is longer. But the food is always on point, if you people are going to complain over the most minute things cook your own food at home and quit being lazy. They have an amazing staff... Ps I dont work thier. Just a regular customer.

We both ordered Mushroom Chicken, which was delicious! My friend also ordered Kung Pao Chicken, which he loved. I also ordered Honey Walnut Shrimp. Everything was cooked properly, and tasted great! The employees were very fast and accurate, but the cashier had trouble making change for me - like he forgot how to add and subtract for the change. It all turned out well, though. We eat there once a week, and love your food.

Usually love Panda but here lately its a joke. Food takes forever, went this evening and they dont close for another hour but was out of everything and barely got any chicken and last time it was evident there was a bug or something on the floor as I was in the drive through because one of the forks screamed and stomped and the guy tried to hush her since I was there. Smh.

Wow, i didnt honestly think you could screw literally everything up in a meal but it turns out you can. The chow mein was old tasting and had several hairs in it, the orange chicken tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, the root beer I had was flat and to top it off the fortune cookie I got was stale. Wont be surprised if I get sick after this...

Only got half my order right. Kid at the window seemed intimidated for no reason and didnt give my husband the correct order at all. Chow mein was completely over cooked and the orange chicken tasted completely different from other locations. 2 stars for being nice and getting at least half my order correct. Still disappointed as this is a brand new location.

The manager is very rude. I had a coupon for a free bowl and a free drink, when I asked if I could get the drink she started talking down to me and acting like I was stupid. If she had said, "Sorry, those are separate coupons." I would have just bought the drink. So instead of spending my money there, I left and spent it somewhere else.

Serves old, and undercooked food. The chow mein was chewy. When I spoke to an employee, they offered to replace my food, only to bring more of the same undercooked noodles. The mgr was on her way out for the evening and couldnt care less. I understand its fast food, but I expect any meal I pay for to be edible. Never going back. :/

THIS IS NOT REAL ASIAN FOOD let go on the fact that It gave me a major headache and on top on that it taste nothing like or nowhere close to Chinese food but it is in a good location and good Service but other than that it is bad like all of the other Panda Express so I give one star but for the service

Ive given this place 3 tries so far and each time its soggy and old. I dont often eat take out but panda express is often a go to for me if i do. This place has ruined my image if the brand. Its not unedible but def not a good representation of my prior experience with other locations.

Cashier at the drive thru dropped my change on the floor, somewhat looks around for it and then proceeds to hand me the shorted amount. Not once trying to correct her mistake. Heck, atleast acknowledge what happen and give me the option of saying I dont care for the change.

Great service with Cayden and Nick. Food as good as fast food could be. Dont expect home made stuff. Sorry guys for the bad experience with some rude bitches with their attitudes. In the future just try to avoid them ;) Good luck!

Great location, helpful and courteous staff, and clean. Definitely my pick for "fast food" - lots of healthy, tasty choices and I appreciate having mixed vegetables as a side option. Calorie counts are posted on the wall.

No...just no...this is not real Chinese Food. Also lets throw in the fact that it made me incredibly sick. Its oily, greasy, overly seasoned, I just am not a fan. If you want real Chinese go to Din Ho.

For the price its not bad... but it is some of the best tasting Chinese food in the cedar park area...Local joints need to step up their game because its pretty bad to be worse then a national chain

Normally get the bowl of orange chicken and fried rice. The rice is 50/50 good and sometimes not as good. The chicken is pretty spot on most times. Just depends on what time you go and get it.
