I have eaten at a few Panda Expresses around town but this one is the best! I eat here about 3-4 times a week (did I mention I like the food?) and its close to work. The main reason is that the employees are awesome! They always have a smile and warm greeting which is expected but they are very sincere and accommodating. The manager, Lalo certainly has a great team. I work as the Customer Service Manager at a local dealership service department so I really recognize and appreciate good customer service. Keep up the good work.

Ordered on line tonight. Arrived to find that they had not prepared my order and had in fact thrown the receipt for my order away and had too fish out out of the trash. They went prepare it and told me one item was not ready I had you wait another ten minutes. They made the other two item and let them sit and get cold while I waited. Not good.

Ive had a few rude customers here and there but I come here often and 95% of the time have had a wonderful experience. I finally tried the general tsos and hope itll stay on the menu indefinitely. Of all the entrees Ive had, that has been my favorite. It seems management has been doing a good job, keep up the good work :)

Its was dirty. They were out of most of the entrees. I had pieces of zucchini the were good and pieces the were brown and mush, in my mushroom chicken. Some of the chicken was so fatty I had to spit it out. I would recommend any other panda than the one on University

Pretty good. Not too busy at most times. Sometimes, theyre out of the item I want to order. They offer a wait time but, I dont want to wait 20 minutes for an item so, I pick something else. Plenty of delicious options. I visit frequently.

Same as most Panda but staff is friendly and nice so thats plus. Its not busy most times so food sometimes are out and have to wait for them to cook new fresh items. But they will cook for you. I come here often. Recommended.

Fast chinese food on the go. Its kind of hidden back away from most of the shopping and never seems to be very busy probably due to its location. I occasionally stop by here to pick up dinner on the way home.

We love it! Go here once a week after school. Staff super friendly to us. I love that they let me get a kids meal for myself as the proportions and price are right.

Overpriced food with very small entree portions. $10 for a plate with drink and is ridiculous. Restaurant is clean and employees are friendly.
