This is now my favorite restaurant in Connecticut. The food is always delicious, the owner Viron is always there to make you feel as though you are his favorite customers. Deserts are delivered to the table and are spectacular, the salads are giant sized, a small feeds four easily, the best salads around and I must add very reasonably priced. The Caesar is equivalent to Caesars in South Beach Fl. So much better than other restaurants in town. The atmosphere is fun. Maybe loud - but fun. We love it. Thank you Viron. You are the best. We give it 5 stars.

Been twice...sat at bar...excellent service, fast. Had Spaghetti Primavera whole wheat pasta with vegatables, olive oil & garlic the first time and was pleasantly surprised that the whole wheat pasta was so good!! Second time had one of their specials for that night, Spinache & White Fettucini w/shrimp, asparagus, capers, olive oil & garlic...the pasta was fantastic! Thin and almost crispy, not chewy...I hope they add this to the permanent menu! My husband had the softshell crab and if I let him, he would have licked the plate clean!!

Service was extremely slow, food was average. We were a party of 6, the place was mostly empty, and it took them around an hour to make 3 pizzas and a pair of calzone. Food was standard quality (i.e. fine), but not worth an hours wait when the place is empty. The staff did not acknowledge the delay and offered no explanation. Decor is good, place is clean, staff was friendly.

Love the food but the service is unpredictable. I picked up a salad to go for lunch, the rolls were completely burnt on the topside, the salad was great. Went for lunch with my husband and the service was great, went for dinner with my friend on a Friday night and the service was pretty bad. Do love the salads

There are friendly staff who bring you free bread and butter. They also have free wifi. The only problem is that the filling in the ravioli has no flavor and blots out all of the other flavors. I recommend going here as long as you dont get ravioli.

had friends in from out of town. wanted italian, this place more than satisfied. seated promptly and the waitress listened well. nothing sent back and substitutions were accepted. too full for dessert but will be back!

We get Da Capo quite often at our office for our lunch meetings. Everything is always excellent. Great salads (just ask for dressing on the side), great pizza and they always include a bag full of yummy warm rolls!

Once my go to spot. This place has gone way down hill. Nothing seems fresh anymore, not as warm and friendly ad or used to be. What a shame. Torrington location is still excellent though. I go there instead.

I have been to many Italian restaurants and I come from a large Italian family. This is some of the best I have had. Da Capo is my favorite local pizza place and their dinners are fabulous!!

What made this restaurant great no longer exists. If you want the old experience go to Viron Rondo Osteria. Its a hike but well worth it

Great food. Too noisy though. They need to add some softer touches to cut back on the sharp noise levels. It is like eating in a bar.
