Ordered miso soup $1.65, not a bad price, but it tasted as watered down and bland as Ive had it. I was suspicious it may have been made with a miso soup packet. Also ordered the spicy tuna roll $6.95, rather overpriced for Wichita, especially at the quality presented. This roll was the saddest example of a spicy tuna roll Ive seen, there was a tremendous amount of cream cheese and very little tuna, dillons makes sushi at a quality far exceeding this and that is saying something. Also I should note they do not provide a dish for soy sauce. And ordered a rainbow roll $7.95, average price, quality presented also was subpar. At this point I am not sure anyone at this location actually understands sushi making, I am also regretting my purchase. Btw, I guess they dont feel the need to include wasabi with every roll.

Ive eaten great sushi and sashimi back in California and the food that we ordered here has to be on the opposite side of the scale. the salmon that we ordered did not have the fresh salmon color, but looked dull like they were defrosted or something. and the taste was as bland as the look. I did not expect to be Cali quality, but the Dillions sushi bar has better quality than the ones we ordered here. maybe their hot cooked foods are better, but not their sushi stuff, thats for sure. We also ordered their veggie tempura...wow. it basically looks like something you get at a very bad mall store. the batter was thick and GREASY. maybe it was a bad day for them? I dont know, but I can assure you its the last time we order here.

I am a regular customer of fuji we order $40 a week at least tonight i had a terrible experience with the management and delivery driver of fuji. I place my order at exactly 6:50pm i received my food at 7:52 upon arriving i had recieved no apology or explanation why my food took so long. My little daughter was waiting over an hour for the sushi she is 5 years old! if you are a parent you could understand the frustration i went through tonight. I did not even want to review it a 1 star! this place has no definition of customer service and they certainly do not care if my daughter has a stomach ache from being prolonged our food!!! terrible experience and food was even worse.

Didnt expect the quality i received, i was very impressed with the food, our order was taken promptly, we ate in i had fried shrimp good quantity for the price, wife and daughter had teriyaki chicken and beef respectively. Nice and hot when it was bought to the table. Ordered a side of crab rangoon, the size of the shell and volume of filling was perfect. Havent seen this quality of crab rangoon for years. Overall very impressed and well be back. Only nitpik is i would like to see a better quality fork, the one they provide is adequate but Id like plastic ware a little more substantial, but like i said i had to look really hard for this one negative.

I waited 2 hours for a delivery order.. However, the (Im assuming) manager called me and was very polite. She even refunded me my money and made me a completely new order for free and then delivered it herself.

Excellent food, I usually get the Yakasoba Steak, it does take time to prepare so if youre getting take out, call ahead or plan on waiting a little while, especially if theyre busy.
