This has become my go-to place for sushi. I have been here many, many times over the past several months and the food is always excellent. The employees are always friendly but some of them struggle a bit with English so its sometimes a bit awkward when youre trying to convey instructions on when you want your wine to come or if you need to change an ingredient on a roll. That being said, its not enough to downgrade the rating to a 4 star. I have brought friends, family, friends families, coworkers, etc here and all of them have loved the food. I have tried nearly every sushi place in the OKC metro area and this is my favorite. The owner is very congenial and is happy to come and say hi when I come in and the employees treat you like youre family. Its a nice atmosphere. Here are a couple of tips: 1) This place is fairly small so it can get busy quickly in the evenings. Plan on getting there a little early if you dont want to wait. 2) Follow their Facebook page. The owner occasionally flies in specialties (Geoduck for example) and the only way to know about it is thru that page. 3) Check out the white board as you walk in. They have additional special rolls posted there that arent on the regular menu.

This place is awesome! Wonderful sushi great hibachi. The service is also really good! The appetizers we got with crab and cream cheese were so good. We have been here three times and so pleased. This last time my husband got the salmon hibachi and it was a huge potion of salmon and so good! They really are great at all the extra things too that come with the meal like cucumber salad, crab appetizers etc. The prices are very reasonable especially for the portion size. Cant say enough good things about this place! Highly recommend them and look forward to visiting more often and try all the various sushi and hibachi dishes!

I love this place. They have great customer service and great food and saki! Heres a list of my favorite items from Volcano. Appetizer- Gyoza or a refreshing seaweed salad. Entrée- All of there sushi is delicious. They have very fresh fish. Hibachi is pretty good. I mainly just eat here for the sushi though. Desert- The Fried ice cream is pretty good. Im usually to full to eat dessert though. Hope this review helped and made your decision easier on where to eat tonight. By the way, if you eat at the bar they usually give you a free appetizer of the hibachi crab.

Did not enjoy the taste of off fish or very overly salted miso. Hope it was just an off day but I will not be back to find out since I got food poisoning. The server also was very short with my mother which is not good, I hoped that it was just a bad day but my aunt told me a few days later her experience was about the same. On another note, the food reminded me of an american buffet in terms of sushi looks, not bad but not very impressive for a strictly sushi joint.

My husband and i have been going here since the week they opened and it is Fabulous. We have tried every place from North Side to Norman and have not found a better place!! SERVICE IS GREAT!! FOOD IS OUTSTANDING!!!! the atmosphere is small but so relaxing and i always feel like i get everything i want with food and service every time i leave there!! Never will go to another place again. I used to love coming here, service was good and good was fast . Lately Ive visited for my lunch break and it takes a long time for me to even get my order in. It wasnt busy and food took forever!! By that time my break was over. Ive had to get Togo boxes twice now. Also I always order a garden roll, today 7/30/15 something was not right in that. It was sour and bitter!! Im not coming back here for lunch again.

Probably the best sushi we have eaten in Oklahoma! This was our first time to visit and we were greeted promptly and given a complimentary appetizer while we waited. This was great for our three year old who was really squirrelly. The sushi was very tasty and well prepared. Looking forward to going back and trying this place, again!

I adore this place! Its where I go for my all my birthdays and where I take friends who are trying sushi for the first time! (Also know some staff by name and they remember you!) We have sushi restaurants near our home but this is by far the best and worth the trip. (Favorite rolls: Playboy/Samurai!)

I cannot stress how amazing this place is! Ive tried a few different places in the OKC metro area and this place is by far my favorite. They have a huge selection of sushi rolls and I always like what I order. My favorite is the Yummy Roll. The Superstar appetizer is also really good.

I love this place. Theyve got the best sushi. Great staff! Their dumplings are great. Miso soup is good. Fried rice, steak, shrimp, and AAC rolls are all great! Only complaint is my husband dont completely fill up on the fried rice plate lol. I always leave completely stuffed tho.

When I seen the reviews that it was better than GoGos I thought this place must be amazing! I absolutely love GoGos so I thought I had to try this place. ended up being quite disappointed. Ended up spending like $40 on food that I could get from GoGos for $15 & its much better!

Very good service and quality. I had the Seafood Soup for the first time which was excellent. The tuna and salmon hand rolls are a bit thick with seaweed and its hard to taste the fish. The Udon, Fried Rice, Calimari, Spring Rolls and all the Sushi rolls Ive had are excellent.

There is almost always a short wait here and it is always worth it. I dont know my favorites by name I usually get whatever is on special. never had anything that I didnt like. From salads, to soups, full meal plates and sushi, its all great. Service can be hit or miss.

The best sushi and hibachi in the area! Not only is the food great but the owner (Henry) is so kind and welcoming. Even for a to-go order he frequently greets me at the door. One of the most sincere and appreciative business owners Ive ever met. Definitely check it out.

This is my favorite place to get sushi, also the hibachi is great! This location is a little small for how much business they get but it is well worth the wait. Dont bother going to GoGo or Sakana near by, those places dont compare. Eat here and you wont regret it.

Tuesdays they do buy one get one half off on specialty rolls. This place is easily the best sushi place south of i-240. They can sometimes be a little slow but the wait is worth it. Dont want to wait? Order it to go and it usually takes about 10 minutes to be ready.
