Food was good. Server was friendly, however they messed up our order.... We ordered 2 meaty marinara pastas with bread sticks and boneless wings... however when the meal came out, the waitress brought out an Alfredo pasta along with 1 meaty marinara. She said they made a mistake, and they were making the other (correct pasta dish) we were told the Alfredo was on the house as it was their mistake...we dont really like the Alfredo, but there it was. Also, pizza hut has this weird idea that ranch dressing is not part of a buffalo wings meal, and marinara is also an added cost with bread sticks...thats just stupid and greedy.... Back to the order.... So, as I said before, the food was good (minus not liking their Alfredo sauce...just an opinion, Im sure other people love it), but after getting down the road, we noticed that the ticket had the freaking Alfredo on the bill... Thats right boys and girls... We had to pay for their mess up! Now Ill take responsibility for NOT paying attention to the bill, but really??? I think that was added in the hopes that we would not notice...I guess they were right. But guess what Ottumwa wings street/pizza hut... The $6 or so dollar fist up my backside and the charging for condiments means I wont be back... They may or may not care, but thats an expensive trade off. Im also guessing that others have felt this way but just wont say anything... They just wont come back.

If I could give 0 I would. That RUDE BUT RACIST STAFF!!!! WAS HORRIBLE!!!!! Ordered carry out with a drink. Didnt realize theres some unwritten rule where you could not ask to have your drink you ordered after ordering. Asked the manager who took my order she asked another guy to grab them he makes them then just leaves it there. So I proceed to ask one of the waitresses who passed by me ... gives me a dirty look and says yes hold on. Walks over to the manager and just stands there. Does nothing 5 min later proceeds to get the drink but waits on the guy who was supposed to have gotten me the drink 10 min ago to make sure theyre mine. Finally brings them over. I Continue too wait with my employees whod be fired for treating people as such. Next some short looking weirdo rushes up from behind to say "your order is ready can you go pay NOW!" we pay we leave. One of my employees goes back in because they forgot to give her napkins as well and hears the so called manager and another employee say " I couldnt wait for them to leave!"..... Just because Trump is President doesnt mean you Racists can carry on as if were back in the stone age. Its 2017 with your underpaid old/ young educated people!!!!! . Have some sense!

Worst experience ever yesterday! We got there almost right after they opened for lunch. All we got were honey bbq wing sandwiches and cajun fries. We waited over 30 mins for our food. When she brought it out they were the wrong fries so she when to put in an order for the right fries and in the mean time we started eating... It was all COLD! And the wings were hard like they were left over from the night before! So I said something and of coarse the manager comes out and they didnt offer new or to even warm them up they were both rude after things started going wrong. Even paying 50% for this food was b.s.!

Food was decent (its bread sticks) Pepsi and service was really good.. price, sticker shock.. breadsticks (5) and a pepsi..(dine-in) plus tip was $10/ $8.40+$1.60 [tip] give me a friggin break! Pepsi was $2.60.. charging for a cup price of 2 liter.. breadsticks like $1.20 each (5).. very poor priced, way too expensive

Standard Pizza Hut experience except the seating is nicer and the staff is actually somewhat outgoing earning them an extra star above my regular Pizza Hut opinion.
